A great little sushi spot hidden in Federal Way. The fish was fresh and the rolls were will made with a variety to choose from. The service was very friendly and we didn't have to wait long despite all the tables being full.

Absolutely DELICIOUS! I’ve lived in Alaska and use to get fresh baked rolls, I hadn’t found a place to compare to it till I walked into NORI. Absolutely a 10/10 . The baked rolls were DELICIOUS, the salmon bake roll, shrimp tempura, Miso Soup, Moonlight Roll. I never leave reviews but I had too for this place. If you are a sushi lover this is it! It’s a bit small but it’s absolutely worth the wait or reservation. Customer service is also a 10/10!

Got the sashimi special (salmon, ahi, amberjack) and it was super high quality and delicious.

Heads up, their nigiri rice is pre-made with soy/gluten in the vinegar, so ask about allergies. Staff is super kind and helpful though.
