We did not have a good experience during our visit yesterday. The service was poor, and the food took a long time to arrive. When my meal finally came, there was barely any sauce, and I had to ask for more. The soup I was served looked old, and even the server acknowledged it looked “weird” and might have been from the bottom. The broth appeared spoiled.

To make matters worse, one of our entrees had to be sent back because the chicken was undercooked. This morning, everyone in my family woke up feeling sick after eating there.

We debated going to Olive Garden, Black Angus or Vinces Italian. We chose Olive Garden because we like to get their food to go for our elderly parents who we provide dinner for every night. Our server was very nice. Good kid. But our Salad came with no dressing and no Crutons. We asked him if he made the salad, he said yes. We asked for some both missing items and he brought them out on request ans apologized after saying he forgot. We went out to find our beautiful SUV that was my Wife's Birthday gift and we have one payment remaining on had the right rear window smashed out. We had a backpack stolen worth about $180 but there is damage to the door, the door panel and the glass is all over the interior and covered my child's seat. Not Olive Gardens fault but no cameras in the lot. The Managers on duty came out and looked at it an expressed sorrow.and even offered to sweep up some of the glass. The issue is when we got home to open the food we got for our elders, the server gave us the wrong food. All the way to Enumclaw. To get the wrong food. We called ans let them know...we were then told our server was a trainee. We should have been told that when he introduced himself so we could help make sure things were right. But it was never mentioned. The person on the phone offered to mail us a gift certificate but we declined because we are not trying to get something for free. This was an awful experience.
The police never came...they said they would call us. The suspected lookout for the break in was still sitting in the parking lot! This was at 6:50pm. The police finally called us at 9:45pm.

I never would have taken the time to post this but getting the wring to go food was the icing on this cake.

So me and my wife enjoy going to olive garden but this place is another story. Went in and was told it would be 15 to 20 min wait. We said we will just go to the bar area which was empty. Took them almost 15 mins to clean a booth, apparently they didn't have a bus boy. Lady in the bar finally cleaned it and left it soaking wet so I used my napkin to wipe it dry. Took another 10 for the server to show up for drinks. Ordered our food and got our soup and salad. Was told when we finished our soup and salad that they won't refill them cause we cant share them with each other which I have never heard of going to other olive gardens. Over all very disappointing in how this place is running.

Mark was a wonderful waiter. He was super funny and exciting! It was made brothers birthday and I'm sure he made even better then it already was! I definitely recommend olive Garden.

My family and I had an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience at this Olive Garden location tonight. We arrived at 5:50 PM with a party of 12 and were quoted a 40-minute wait time, which seemed reasonable given the size of our group.

However, after patiently waiting until 6:40 PM (50 minutes later, not 40) we noticed multiple smaller parties who arrived *after* us were being seated. When we politely inquired about the status of our table, we were shockingly told it would be **another 40-minute wait!** The explanation given was even more insulting: apparently, the restaurant prioritizes seating smaller parties over larger ones like ours, effectively punishing us for being a bigger group and for waiting patiently.

This is utterly unacceptable. To quote an initial wait time, then effectively extend it for an additional hour with no proper communication, all while visibly seating others who arrived later, demonstrates a severe lack of respect for your customers' time and a highly inefficient seating policy. Our large family was left standing around for over an hour and a half, only to be told we were still nowhere near being seated because of internal preference for smaller tables.

We left feeling completely disregarded and incredibly frustrated.
