The vibe is super cute and cozy, great for an afternoon study or catching up with friends. I tried the boba and the ube flavor really stood out: chewy tapioca pearls done well, and the ube tasted just like ube (natural and not overly artificial). The croissant-based dessert (like their croffle) was also very good, crisp outer layers plus soft, buttery inside. The space is on the smaller side but still comfortable and enough for a relaxed visit. Service was friendly, the menu was creative, and overall a solid café experience.

Ordered a white mocha and cheesecake, and also asked for water. They gave me the water in this tiny cup the size of my thumb, i’m actually insulted 😭😭. Giving water to costumers is not gonna hurt your profits. Overall the only positive of this place is the late night hours for studying

This place is very good! The atmosphere is nice and big, and many seating. The drinks were a good variety and the workers were very friendly. They serve the drinks to you and the the drinks were amazing! I love the matcha and bingsu they serve. The service was quick also.

If you order from food delivery app they do not secure the drinks openings for food safety and delivery safety, it is wide open for it to spill or anything to happen. They should invest a few dollars and place a sticker on the whole or anything else like the other companies do.

What an a nice cute spot to get coffee, drinks, and dessert in Federal Way! The drinks came out fast but the menu is huge I was surprised. The drink was different, not in a bad or good way per se. The matcha was very syrupy which at first I didn’t like but I guess I had to mix it for it to taste good. I’d come back!

EDIT: There is an entrance around back that is accessible! Its not obvious so i missed it when i originally came to check them out. Its a darling place with great choices on desserts and drinks. Def try them out i loved my milk tea!
Old review: Not accessible at all, theres a big step up front directly in front of the door that swings outwards. Its a no go for wheelchair users/mobility aids and anyone with a stroller cause you cant lift the stroller/mobility aid and try to open the door at the same time. Its a shame cause i want to try them but cant even make it in the front door
We went to this place because I saw that they have the brown sugar cheese waffle on their menu. I’ve had this waffle in Myeongdong before and loved it! Well the one that they serve here is topped with ice cream and it’s even better! The Ube milk tea and Nutella macaron was also delish! We really enjoyed this place and already planning a second trip back!

Good dessert and coffee but the workers are super rude, making you feel like they're doing you a favor taking your order and throwing your plate at your table. Not coming back!

On It Cafe in Federal Way has a quirky layout, but they’ve done a great job decorating the space to feel modern and Instagram-friendly. It’s clear they made the most out of the odd structure with thoughtful design touches throughout. The dessert I tried leaned a little too sweet for my taste, but overall, it was still enjoyable. The café definitely has visual appeal, making it a solid spot for photos or casual meetups. Parking can be hectic since it shares a lot with a nearby apartment complex, so plan ahead. One improvement would be clearer signage at the entrance. Once saw a delivery driver resort to parking on the busy 320th with hazards on. That kind of setup could be frustrating for first-timers. Despite that, the overall vibe and effort put into the space are impressive.
