Standard service ( not friendly, not welcoming, and at the same time it was not rude) first greeting at the door before we say anything. The server said ( Can I help you)That is a very idiotic ,and dump question.Customers come in to eat.Other restaurants greet by ( Hi. Welcome to ....., or Hi. Are you dining in , or take out, or how many, or hi where would you like to sit, )Food was a mediocre in taste, and preparation, and presentation, and portions for a big claim of Hawaiian or Pacific grill food. And in rip off prices category.Pacific or Hawaiian people are very generous, and cook really mouth watering good flavor food, so why the food here come in a little tiny dish . Good only for a teenager not for a full grown American man. And the food is barely edible, and on the border of getting rejected. It tastes awful ? ? ? ?Then their prices for their other plates are so exorbitantly expensive, and still come in little portions.Best thing about this place is the decorations around, but after you eat that little food you are still as hungry as when you started, and after paying those high prices for that mediocre little food that is not worth the money you paid, your big open appetite will close really fast.Their deep fried crusted garlic chicken is not recommended. The whole place is not recommended, and is a big disappointment, bad choice and regret

The catering from this establishment was very disappointing, with food tasting very bland and/or cooked from frozen. The yakisoba and fried rice was extremely lacking in flavor, and kalua pork and chicken distinctly lacking in marinade. Egg rolls are okay, but truly not enough to offset the overwhelming disappointment of the rest of the food offered. Hopefully they improve the catering experience from businesses who choose to support them going forward, because as is, I’m hoping this is not a place we cater from again.

I ended up at this restaurant kind of by accident as all my other choices were closed the day I was going for lunch. But curiosity led me here and I have to say the food is really really good. Also, the nice lady who is the hostess and server reminds me of my abuelita from long ago, so she added an extra special touch too my personal experience there. The atmosphere is fun and colorful, with plenty of seating. Service was fast. The food was tasty. And it was pretty affordable considering how expensive lunches can be these days. I think I'm going to go back for the ribs and try those next.

The food was solid, and chicken was very flavorful. The veg was pleasant. Staff was friendly, just not the most attentive. Price was ok, but I feel like for the portions you received meh. Inside the atmosphere was very nice. Would go again.

I fell in love with this place as soon as I walked in the door. Loved the decor and a tasty aroma filled the air. We were seated quickly. We previewed the menu in the car and had settled on getting dessert. We ordered the pineapple upside down cake and the mango bread pudding. Both desserts were amazing. We found both to have amazing flavor, and yet they were not overly sweet - so tasty. We looked over the entire menu and are super excited to come back to try some off the savory offerings.

Food was ok. The portions really suck. They’re very small. Especially if you compare them to l&l bbq. I got the teriyaki burger. It was so sad looking. I didn’t taste hardly any teriyaki sauce. Small pieces of lettuce. The only good thing about that burger was the pineapple and the bread. What little sauce I had was good. My boyfriend got the loco moco barely any rice looked like a pool of gravy. Didn’t come close to filling him up.

We decided to visit Pac Island Grill for dessert today. We had some of the best Pineapple Upside Down cake we ever had. The Mango Bread Pudding was spectacular too! We will be back to try other items on the menu!!

The smoked pork was ok but no sauce so I asked for sauce my daughter and I’s plates. The server brought out only one tiny thing of bbq we had to share sparingly. She was not very friendly. My daughter later said she was uncomfortable with her. We won’t be going back.
