This place seriously needs a health department inspection. Almost everything they serve tastes old and has a terrible smell. Especially their chowmein smells like a wet rag, and the meat in the steak tastes like expired rubber soaked in vinegar or some other sour sauce—likely another expired ingredient. And as for the service, they're rude as hell.

We were ignored when we first walked in the building. Even though it was an hour after they opened, not everything was available. The female who appeared to be the manager, or at least in charge, pretended that she didn't see us until she accidentally made eye contact and made someone else come take our order. The lady who took our order acted like she'd rather we left. When she finished dishing up our food, she took it behind a wall without saying anything, so we were very confused and wondered if they were doing something to our lunch. She came back without the food and demanded payment. When I pointed out that I had the Panda Express app and wanted to scan for rewards, she took my phone from me and went behind the wall again. I finally gave her cash, and she brought our food and my phone back. The food wasn't that good, it tasted burnt, the two people who came in after us also got treated like garbage. We'll never go back to this location.

Good foods but some time you get good portion but a lot of time depends on employee, you only get very small portion of meats. WTH!!! I open when I get home and I got so small kung pao chicken. Will try other location.

I came to this Panda Express at 9:30 (time they open) there was no food prepared, and we couldn’t get the things we wanted. I think they should have everything ready before they open so costumers can have more options to choose from.

Had to wait 15 minutes for beef and broccoli the broccoli was not steamed correctly. Saw an employee walk into the kitchen wipe his nose and then go grab pans without washing his hands. so disgusting. I did get my food first

Went through drive-thru and they messed up my order and shorted me one bigger plate entrée kept calling no answer just hangs up on call so frustrating now I have to drive 15-20mins back in traffic pls do your jobs guys geezers!!

I don’t usually write reviews on food places but man I need to let it out because of how frustrated I am with this location. I work really close by and this location is more convenient but after coming 3-4 times and food tasting so bad and portions being so tiny makes me always go to 320th because they cook so good and portions are from the heart. Well I got lazy today and decided to come in to the closer location which is here and I decided to instead of drive through to go inside because I feel like when you watch them they give bigger portions and it worked! But there is a big big but which is the food taste, mannnn how this location is still in buisness baffles me. If you are the owner brother it’s time you come in and taste your employees food cooking skills because they are atrocious and someone is going to get sick from it I promise you.

Every time I go there it's always a way to get something that I want to get. It's always the same time of day and I feel like they should be preparing ahead of time for the rush they get, prior to when I get there.

Half of the time the food is good depending on who cookes and or makes the food in my opinion and I know because I have worked here before and if you plan to work here please don't . It is not worth it . A lot of favoritism and micromanaging happens here . The turnover ratio to me here is pretty high and the general manager that runs this place is not a good manager in my opinion so don't waste you're time ? and if you don't believe me see for yourself she ll write you up for almost anything and "document it " ? .
