I haven't been in a
Panera Bread in a very very long time
The Staff at this location was very nice,
The woman that rang me up this morning was Absolutely Fantastic
Keep up the great work
Took my 94 year old Aunt here for lunch. We had a lovely meal, the manager even delivered our food to our table!
We spent 2 hours eating and chatting. It was really nice.

Just had the most disappointing breakfast experience. Breakfast sandwich with hardly any bacon on it for $9.29 before tax. And a small bottle of orange juice for almost $5.

Asking for silverware and the correct order is such a hideous problem for staff.
Lady manager with glasses is rude towards dd drivers. I’m sure she’s the same with customers as well

Loud employees laughing and talked about how some employee there is not a real woman and a trans man, during pride month too? Disgusting attitudes. To specify, her name was Andrea talking about someone named Rachael being a man and not a human being.

Great place to sit and chat. Food is okay. The French onion soup is too sweet and not salty enough. It doesn't have the traditional cheese melted on top, only some mediocre shredded cheese.

Manager with short blonde hair running the food counter on saturday afternoon was rude and patronizing to multiple customers. Based off the reviews she’s been doing this a while and panera doesn’t care.

RUN AWAY! I’ve been coming here for years, spent a lot over that time. Safe to say I’ll never be ordering food at this location again. The attitude from one of the managers (older filipino lady) and rude staff here is WILD — it’s a panera chill out. I’ll drive the extra just avoid this goofy ahh place

I just came to America and my English is not very good. I went to Panera Bread on Federal Way for a job interview and the hiring manager was a black woman. The first problem was that I sat for 40 minutes until the hiring manager came for the interview and after 40 minutes the manager entered the room and went to someone else for the job interview and I was interviewed again after being reminded. The second problem was that the manager insulted me for not knowing English and was laughing loudly and insulting me and all the customers in the room were looking at us and I was really embarrassed. I did not expect such treatment at all.
the most disgusting restroom I’ve seen at Panera nationwide.
Bad smell inside the whole venue, homeless people sitting and charging their phones.

I always enjoy the food here, and the staff is consistently lovely. I'm not a huge fan of the atmosphere as the seating area feels small and crowded, but it's nothing too bad.
