Worst place ever. I cried, almost threw up and fainted. Why? I arrived with my family and waited for 10-15 minutes to sit down and order. When we did I order 2 spring rolls and they were disgusting. I got my actual food (steak pho) and I already lost my appetite from the appetizer earlier. So I barely ate it and I got my boba mill tea last which was weird but it was also disgusting. The milk tea was really sweet and the boba was not cooked all the way. So everything was horrible. The atmosphere was really dry and quiet which made it awkward and the service was okay but they were out of many things. I started feeling nauseous and lightheaded. We left and I couldn’t feel anymore relieved.

No other pho joint in Federal Way beats this place. I know recently they received some criticism about the place being dirty and food quality going down but trust me.. this the best pho joint in FW.
A lot of places charge these days if you request extra stuff but they give extras (onion, lime, etc) for free.
Oh, and for people complaining about their veggie pho not tasting good… you do know that pho is made with beef or chicken broth right?? Of course veggie broth is gonna taste bad compared to beef broth that cooked for 10+ hours. SMH

We never got our order because the rude condescending wait person never informed us that the cook was running late. Before that, we waited 30 minutes. I highly recommend NOT to go there.

Not worth the drive and wait. Called order in ahead of time, and had to wait another 20 minutes. One nice lady running around and doing everything in a busy place. Of course she gets abrupt and whatnot but definitely not coming back if I have to wait 40 minutes for a bowl.

Ordered 6 veggie pho for take out for our family and they all tasted terrible. Lack of flavor. Bland. The boxes weren't even full. Everything was cold and it took them over an hour to make it. Save your money and go somewhere else.

This place went super downhill. I don't even remember how good it used to be cause the most recent visit was so awful. My boyfriend came here to get some chow fun while I got my usual combination pho. The service was non-existent, no greeting or anything and just given menus without a word. They gave us utensils after we ordered and I did notice they have added more condiments to add to your pho but that was the only good thing.
The food took much longer than usual to come out and we were the only ones who just ordered as there was one table but they received their food. My boyfriend said the chow fun was meh and that they didn't offer much noodles or meat but just drowned in vegetables which would be fine if he ordered the vegetable version but he got the combo version. My pho was nothing like my old pictures, back when they packed it with meats and noodles was just like a small. I barely could even eat the meat as it was just chewy or had freezer burn. Definitely sad to see a late open and close by pho restaurant just become awful. It also seems like cleanliness is no good here too, even other reviewers mention this on Yelp and Google.
Food is great here. But this place is DIRTY AND FILTHY. They have boxes of items stacked near the hallway bathroom and all around. Bathrooms are gross unclean. They definitely lack the housekeeping here.

Just ordered a stir fri shrimp noodles. And i got a dry ass plate with noodles and veggies and shrimp. No sauce nor pho juice to complete my order. It was my first time there too. And will be my last time there! Going back to pho Vietnamese on pac highway :)

Worst boba I have ever had. They had the milk and creamer left on the counter. I had faith that they must of just pulled it out and had another order but after leaving and drinking a quarter of it I am convinced with my stomach hurting that the milk products were spoiled. Waste of $8
