Been coming to Pho 7 for the last year and it's definitely the best bowl of pho in Federal Way. Their quality is always consistent, they don't skimp on the noodles or toppings, and the service is fantastic. Both current and former employees have been super kind and attentive, and they have punch cards for pho!! (buy 9 get 1 free). They also have an extra large size 64oz bowls if you have a large appetite. It's a family owned business and the restaurant is kid friendly. And they're the only restaurant that I know that uses Chin-su hot sauce!

I took a chance at this place since it seems all the pho places in fed way have mixed reviews, this one had overall good reviews and mentioned they are family owned, which I liked. Also I saw someone mentioned they have an excellent rating for health inspection! :) Everything I got was fresh and tasteful including all sides like basil & lime, I got a large number 1 pho noodle, chicken egg rolls and a Vietnamese coffee. The sizing was large and hearty as a to go order, I only ate half and am full. The broth was flavorful and very hot, no need to add extra sauces to spice it up. Usually have to microwave to go pho for 3 minutes to get it hot, the only reason I had to microwave this pho for 45 seconds is once I added the bean sprouts, it cooled off the dish. Everything including the noodles was very hot when I got it home. Usually the meat at pho places comes raw in to go orders, it was fully cooked with herbs placed on top. Egg rolls were crunchy and fresh, only small gripe was a lil too much ice in my coffee but other than that, I would come back again! The young man at the front was friendly, made sure I didn't forget my straw. Would 10/10 recommend if you live in the area, the pho here will hit the spot if you have a cold.

Their pho is very brothy and flavorful. It’s the type of pho that doesn’t need any hoison or sriracha. Service is quick and parking is plentiful.

Ordered the tofu wrap with lettuce: tofu was an inch slice and thin, lettuce was good size and they put way too much noodles...
