This was my first visit. 03/19/2025 I was impressed with the google ratings and the health inspections ratings while all of those things where great it did not prepare me for the encounter I had. I brought my kids for dinner. In my child’s pho there was a COCKROACH 🪳 I was so disgusted I immediately spit out my food had I not told her to focus on eating we would have missed it. Our server seen the distress on our face and told me the bug was a fly. It’s late in the evening I looked around and asked her what flys are flying after that she asked us to leave. Which we obliged there is no way I can return to the restaurant with it’s conditions these health ratings are misleading I am so disgusted 🤢 they carry trash right through the restaurant and leave it at the curb while eating

I love this pho place. When i moved to des monies it was hard to find a good non grease pho place with broccoli and fried tofu but i found it. Only down side is they are close often 💔 like today so we had pho7 but otherwise great! Oh and stop next door and grab some treats from the little market they have great selection of candy and drinks... aloe juices 🥰💝

This used to be my go to pho spot. It's been about 2 years since I last went, ordered some food for to go and it's a disaster! Ordered chicken teriyaki and pho, the portion is ridiculous. See in picture, I thought I have mistakenly ordered kids teriyaki. Also, flavor of the pho soup is bringing me back to the dental office. Taste like the dental chemical filling, worst $35 wasted. I was really looking forward to it but now I'm pissed.

amazing tasting bone broth, till you find a COCKROACH floating around in there, apparently it’s a common occurrence and they do not care. DO NOT

This is the best tasting Pho in Federal Way in my opinion. The pho is excellent and many other menu items are great like the beef spring rolls. We normally order to go, reheat the broth at home, throw all the ingredients in and it works great. The only downside to Pho Kim is that eating in isn't the best experience. The dining area, doesn't have great atmosphere, but it's fine as long as you aren't picky. Seriously though the best tasting broth in town. Get some. Pho Tai Chin and Pho Ga are banging.
Kid-friendliness: I see kids eating here all the time.

It use to be my favorite place to order from but the last 4 times they've got my order either wrong or not following specifical instructions at all. Like they don't even care what you said at all. I mean a couple of times I get but 4 times in a row? I keep telling them no jalapeños or cilantro due to me being allergic and they put it under my noodles. Like really? Just sad. Only place with chicken pho and this is now coming to be where I can't order.

Pho Kim is my favorite of the many hilariously pun based noodle shops in the area. The Fried Garlic Butter Prawns (Tom Chien Bo Toi) and the House Special Beef Pho (Pho Dac Biet) are favorites. Once you've had the prawns, you will crave them regularly. Honestly, everything we've tried from here has been excellent. Fair prices too, keep up the good work!

My husband introduced me to this place. We are vegan and we love pho. I have tried pho in so many cities and so many restaurants but I have never found any other place which can match their taste. It's heavenly! The staff is really lovely and friendly. Also try their avocado smoothie. It's an absolute killer just like their vegan pho.

They make the best honeydew bubble tea!! Vietnamese sandwiches are amazing and so is the pho! I come here for my lunch break at least 2 times a week, if not more! I would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND giving this place a visit if your in the area! You won't be disappointed!

Everything we had was really good. Freshly cooked to order and wonderful flavor. My husband said he would definitely come back here and I agree. The service was friendly and prompt. We had the pork spring rolls(that were so good the sauce was delicious), fried tofu(that was so hot and fresh), beef pho(that my husband gorged himself on), short ribs (he said they were delicious), and the tofu stir fry sin the fish sauce(it was so good I would have it again). We also got the hot green tea and a couple bubble teas that were all very yummy.
We definitely suggest this place. Eating in or out it's delicious.

Dietary restrictions: Change orders to your needs.
Parking: Plenty of parking right next door to the building.

The food including pho and fresh spring roll are decent. But the price is outrageous. I know inflation impacted a lot of businesses, but the price here is just too much for the food and atmosphere surrounded by homeless and drug addicts.
