Every dish tried delicious, especially the pork meatball soup. It’s unlike anything I’ve found in other Vietnamese restaurants. I'm surprised it doesn't have a following yet. As someone birth and raised in Vietnam, this restaurant is hands down one of the best pho place in the state! I always order phở tái and gầu (steak and fatty brisket) with nước béo (fatty broth). Trust me, the nước béo (seen in the picture ) will make the pho broth so rich and umami. The owner remembers my order and how I do not like particular things in my pho. A super great owner!
