Great pepperoni pizza. Was ready at the correct time, 5:00 pm. Inside Chris & Shaun were fun to talk with. Shawn was making pizzas & Chris was working the register and order taking. Two very fine gentlemen. Hope to see them there on my next visit.

I ordered two large pizzas, 2 sodas each 2 liters, I spent $46.02 wanted to use the bathroom as I wait, they told me the bathroom is for employees only and I can use the bathroom next door, that’s very unfair for the customers, The employees stated it’s their policy. Unbelievable if that’s how Pizza Hut treats the customers. I’m taking my business in another pizza shop.

These individuals ignored me when I was attempting to go order something 11 minutes after they had opened, I would have waited longer, but they should have at least let me in.
Pizza hut pizza is not good. Better anywhere else than pizza Hut sorry to say. Crust is thin and chewy hard to chew once it gets a little cold and not enough cheese inside the cheese bites 🥲

I've ordered from them several times, and with one exception, every time I've ordered extra cheese, they take my money, and do nothing. Also, they proof their crust correctly about....I'd say fifty percent of the time? About that. People are nice, tho'.

Waited 30 minutes inside for an order that was ready, app said ready and screen said ready. 3 different people walked in got their order (mine was done before theirs as I was watching the screen). They had orders yesterday but there were also 3 others just standing around! I got my money back minus the tip. This wasn't okay

I am highly upset they messed up my order again and over again and then when I tried to call them they haven’t even answered in over 20 minutes then they answered and then they hung up on me and transferred me to someone else without even telling me what’s going on. This is highly frustrating.

They need help at the Pizza Hut off Carr Rd the delivery was horrible it was a foreign man that did not speak English say that I did not pay for my food when I paid for my food over the phone they don't like to answer the phone u get a call center that hangs up the phone in your face and they scam people over the phone with debt cards. I'm eating at dominos from now on. 2 hours later when they finally got it together they brought me a hot pizza but they still did not return my money back and I was not pleased.
