I do recommend them because they're a great way to donate to those who need help. but on that same note, the cooks need pay closer attention to the product. The biscuits were burned today, hard as a rock on the bottom and a weird heavy texture in the middle.
I did say something. the guy working at agreed with me and offered to give me something else, but I told him not to worry about it.
I think that the cook needs to pay better attention however.

Normally I rate pbc very high but not today. The three of us show up at 12.30 for lunch. First off a delivery truck is blocking the entrance- at lunch time. My wife uses a walker and had to maneuver around the truck. We order, nothing elaborate, a turkey sandwich, a salad and pancakes. When asked they said there was a party of 8 in front of us, maybe but we sure waited a long time. The entire time we were there guys were going back and forth with boxes as they unloaded...
Good food but it did take a while to get our order. Line to order can be long early in the morning.
