Customer service is only horrible depending on what two ladies are working that day. The two ladies working today 3/14/21 are the worst. They rush you when only one person is behind you then they handle the food very sloppy like. Gave barely any meat and had an attitude the whole time. This has happened to me twice now with the same ladies and it’s very upsetting to have to pay so much for the food when they barely give you anything.

The food is good but the staff can't follow simple instructions. I'm not overexaggerating when I tell you that they always forget to put sour cream and salsa on the side with the kids quesadillas for months now. If I order delivery I must call them to remind them. If I order pick up I must check my bag ( everytime it's missing btw). They were nice enough to give me a free kids meal a couple of days ago. I thought the problem was fixed. Nope again ordered delivery tonight and guess what missing items. I'm really starting to think they can't read or something because it's written on my receipt that's tapped on the order that they placed on my order.

First time I had gone to one.Everything was fresh and delicious and the staff was pleasant.
First time here and the food was very delicious! Very good service will definitely come again! Loved it.

I just ordered in store and left with my food because I’m on a 30 min lunch break sadly this was my first time having qdoba. When I can in the sad was pretty friendly but was hard to hear. I asked about the meats but I think the girl making my food was new I order extra meat yet the portion was fairly small. They barely had an rice left and it all looked pretty dry and hard and come to figure out when I started eating that it was so hard that most of the bowl was Inedible because I couldn’t chew with out hitting a rock hard piece of rice. If I wouldn’t have been in a lunch break I would have gone back and returned the food. Sadly I couldn’t hence this review. I probably won’t go back to this qdoba but I’ll probably give them another try. I will say the meat is really good and I like the topping options they had. Just wish I could have actually eaten the meal instead of now spending the last few mins of my lunch writing a review and still hungry.

I'll say it before and I'll say it again, Qdoba beats Chipotle any day. I almost always order one of the burrito bowls with cilantro rice, chicken, pinto beans, light cheese and the green salsa. I still miss the poblano pesto sauce they had many years ago (bring it back!) and I do think they could add more variety of flavors, add a couple of sauces that rotate every month, get creative cause queso is overrated. But I do like the way the chicken gets cooked and the ingredients are always fresh.
