Ordered the French dip, which was not terrible but seemed to lack flavor in some areas - especially the au jus juice it was served with. I don't order French dips often, but I think it's safe to say I've had tastier ones in other places. Overall it was still pretty satisfying but underwhelming. At least the server behind the counter was nice and made the sandwich in a timely manner.

*I worked in the service industry through college and I understand how taxing it can be*. However, I went into today and was met with some of the worst customer service I've ever received. I'm not sure his name but he was the only employee and I was the only customer in the store. From the first question I asked, I was met with a condescending attitude. I started to ask for cheddar cheese and was interrupted and told I had to order a sandwich from the menu, and because I don't eat meat, it would have to be the veggie guacamole. I asked if they had a make your own option or something else because I would be taking off and substituting vegetables on and off so much I thought it would be easier for him. The employee was incredibly rude and patronizing to me, not letting me speak before interrupting me and telling me that "this is the way Quiznos works". I was literally just going to say that I didn't want the vegetables toasted because he kept trying to put them on first (if that's the only way they do it I would have been fine, just communicate that to me), but I didn't even get a chance to speak. I told him I would just go elsewhere because I didn't appreciate the way he was talking to me. I would have been happy leaving it there but he continued to argue and say "I'm just trying to make a sandwich for you", like i was leaving because I didn't want a sandwich and not because he was so rude? I started to try and explain to see if it was just a miscommunication (it happens) but he continued to interrupt me and tell me im wrong and "bye bye". I don't know if he was having a bad day, thinks it's just okay to treat people (or maybe just women) like this or what but it's not a good look. I did however go next door to taco Del Mar and they were awesome!

Had the absolute worst experience here with the employee Million. I've been coming to this location for years and I'm absolutely appalled at how I was treated over bread. My partner and I went in an hour before closing last night. I asked for the lobster sandwich and for steak to be added. He put my bread through the toaster without asking me much and proceeded to start on my partners sandwich who was getting the exact same thing. I was patient at let her finish her order. He made her sandwich correctly and when I told him he did not listen to me and toasted my bread without asking me what else I needed, he started to argue with me about what I asked for. I thought maybe it was a language barrier but he seemed to understand my partner fine when she confronted him about being rude to me. I asked for him to start the sandwich over because if he toasted the bread twice it would be too hard for me to eat. I just had a deep cleaning done on my teeth and can't have anything hard. He respond with bread cost money as if I don't know that. I even stated I'd pay for the bread he had to toss out. Instead he engaged in a full on argument with me and my partner about bread. He stopped making the sandwich completely and cleaning the store as if we weren't there saying my partner was talking s*** to him. My partner's sandwich sat on the fire grill while I attempted to calm the situation. I know service workers have it hard during this pandemic but there is no reason to be rude to people as you see fit. I've never felt the need to report a location to corporate but this one will be my first. He didn't even change his gloves as he moved from cleaning to making food.

These people simply don't listen I tell them ham sandwiches so what do they try and add roast beef turkeys and a bunch of other crap so I repeat myself to them they still don't listen I left when next door to tacodelmar great food only put on my plate what I order

I don't know why it's so hard to give me my au jus but every time I order from here they forget it and every time I've picked it up they forget it but at least I was there to say something. I'm lossing count of all the dry as roast beef sandwiches I've tossed because if this. No wonder they are all closing.

Ordered a sandwich that my husband picked up and it was my worst nightmare - TOASTED. The website does not specify that the sandwiches are toasted by default! When I called the restaurant the employee argued with me. Last time I will order from there.
