40 minutes to get our food and it was old because the waiter "forgot which side it was on". Informed the sorry excuse for a manager who squatted at our table and basically rolled his eyes. Begrudgingly he discounted our dessert. Then the waiter told us the desert would probably come out of his paycheck. I wouldn't go back if it was free. Hopefully they put another restaurant in its place because it's a waste of space.

Came here at 4:45 on a Sunday for a quick snack and drink. Unfortunately they were super understaffed and it snowballed into a terrible experience for everyone. The staff was super nice.
We Sat and waited about 20 min for a menu and I asked if there was a server in the bar. We ordered our drinks and food from our server. Drinks took another 10 min and then our bowl of soup and flatbread appetizers took another 45 min to an hour. We didn't order a main entre. We didnt get asked if we needed any additional drinks until we were a little over an hour into our "quick stop".
The lobster bisque 🦞 didn't have any lobster chunks 😢. The flatbread was tasty.
Left at 6pm. Service is marked down due to time, the staff was stressed but pleasant to interact with.

Got to the restaurant about 15 mins earlier than the reservations. Got seated right away. The waiter was nice and friendly, and drinks were served right away. However, after we ordered our main dishes, it took a very long time for our food to come out. Probably more than 20 to 30 mins. Food was good but the Lobster and shrimp pasta was a little too salty. Did not sit well with me and my stomache when I got home. I remember Red Lobster being so good amd now it's just not that good anymore.

We decided we had not had Red Lobster in years so we stopped in for a late lunch. While the restaurant is quite dated, the place was clean with a courteous staff. Seems like the food never changes, but that's not a bad thing.

We normally have a wonderful experience here but tonight....it was horrible! I took my dad to celebrate his birthday. When he unwrapped his silverware, the forks had dried food on them. Once our server delivered our order, the food wasn't completely cold but was not hot either. It was as if it was sitting there for a bit.

Food was decent. Not great, not bad. Solid 3 stars. But the star of the show was our server, Larry. Truly one of the best servers we have ever had. He went above and beyond to make sure we had a good night. His 5+ star service made 3 star food so worthwhile. He deserves a raise because his service ensured that we would be repeat customers. We would come again just to be seated in his section.

Ordered brownie overboard through delivery. This was my first time eating here actually. The brownies were like almost frozen, and there could have been a little bit more ice cream. I warmed up the brownies and they tasted really good. The ice cream was really good too.

Party of 10. Surf and Turf- lobster chewy and steak was hockey puck dry/hard. Asked for medium and it was beyond well done. Salad was wilted. Coconut shrimp, were over fried. Other persons fish and chips were cold. Just an overall bad experience for holiday lunch with the family
