Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Shout out to Mike! We sat at the bar and received excellent service. Mike frequently walked around to check up on customers and asked us if we needed anything. Mike is fast and efficient, and so was Jaqueline and every staff at the bar area. As soon as I finished my cup of lemonade, he immediately walks over and hands me a new cup! It seems hard to get good service anywhere these days but we were very pleased with the customer service here. The food also came out really fast and the burgers were juicy and delicious! Thanks to Mike and the team!

Ordered take out food, but customer service was awesome and fairly quick for a Friday night at 6 pm. Food was hot and as ordered. The cost is equal or lower than fast food, just much better.

The one we went to today was the fastest we've ever gotten our order! And fry refill!

I don't know what happened we order all the time so today I decided to get the chili. Well you get about 3 tablespoons of chili for almost 9.00. All of our orders have always been great so I can't even comprehend what went wrong. 2025 I absolutely do not know why I tried this again. I picked up my order 4 minutes after the ready time it's all cold like it had been in the refrigerator! 86.00 of COLD BURGERS AND FRIES IN THE GARBAGE!!!

There are several waitresses in the bar area who are just snitty.

Just went to eat and stood at the door for 5 minutes and no one came to seat us. Both my husband and I looked around the corner and only saw one person at the bar. So we turned around and are eating at Applebee's right now where 3 people greated us and sat us immediately. Thanks for another stellar performance Red Robin 👎

Always love the barbecue chicken wrap, the rest of the family was happy with their food as well

Waitress was great, seated quickly despite being busy. Good was good, made to order and my husband is particular about how well done his burger is.

Food was great. Lemons in the lemonade were already turning black meaning they were cut long before they were served and put in our drinks. Although the restaurant was clean is smelled like a ton of cleaning product like pinesol had been used and was hard to smell the delicious food.

I think the quality of the food has slipped these past few years. And it brings me no joy to say so. The burgers are well made but lack the flavor of the past. Similarly, the steaks fries have become somehow less. Shrinkflation? Maybe. Disappointed? Definitely.

Higher prices all the time and food isn't getting any better. Told my daughter no bottomless Mac and cheese and then gave her a small kids bowl, it was confusing because they told us that and then gave us the kids price. I can pay for a bowl of mac and cheese,. Maybe offer it on your menu for kids that want their Mac and cheese but are too old by your standards. Absolutely will never go here again and I've been going to red robins for 15 years, I've tipped and spent money and this is how I get treated. In a landscape of higher prices for eating out, big chains like this are absolutely a ripoff and only care about pleasing their corporate overlords. Do yourself a favor and go to a local restaurant, they will treat you better. Never going here or any red robin again.
