Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

I would say they are not limited. They are not one of the biggest menus that I've seen. But I feel comfortable saying that anybody that goes there should be able to find something that they will findlikedhey Liking. I stopped in there if you days ago for a quick lunch and the service was awesome and the food was awesome too. I sat in the bar area and you're going to have to forgive me I don't remember the gentleman's name who served me so he was very polite very fast and kept making sure that there wasn't anything else I needed He was the bartender and server. I had a Root beer and the Bonzai burger With fries. Also had their Fry sauce and also their new cheese sauces which are awesome. Decided to try one of their signature old fashions which were not bad but found it a little sweet for my taste. Think it would have been better With the blood oranges instead of the Grand mariner. They use Jim beam Bourbon for that drink Which is a good pour With good notes to use for that drink. One opinion I would make if you're going to offer signature drinks I would recommend instead of using ice to offer using a whiskey or bourbon stones they will keep the drink cool and also not affect the tastes of the drink by watering down after time this way you're customer can enjoy their drink without worrying about the ice melting and changing the texture and the taste of the drink.

Hey I just wanted to add on to my review it's Wednesday December 17th 2025 I normally go into the restaurant to have lunch or eat there but today I've not been feeling very well I've been feeling kind of sick so I placed an order using the app and it wasn't able to figure things out so I called to get some help the manager or person in charge on duty Jason was amazing at helping me get things figured out very quick on the go and I appreciate it very much guys this goes out to everyone there man you always have amazing customer service keep up the great work and we appreciate you

I placed an order online for pick up. It was their fried shrimp entree. It advertised that it comes with parmesan broccoli and choice of side. When I got home and opened the bag I saw no broccoli with my meal. Just fries and a coleslaw. When we called the person that picked up said my meal only comes with fries. That is BS cause why would you advertise it coming with broccoli?. I should also mention, don't get the shrimp. It's flavorless and awful. My dog wouldn't even eat it.

Showed up with a group of 14 on a Saturday afternoon. They sat us very quickly, food came out fast. Service was great.

We enjoy Red Robin. Very informal. Food is consistent, so you know what you are getting. People are always friendly. Manager works the floor and us attentive to customer needs.

Try the Yukon Gold chips! A really good potato chip. Not greasy. Good flavor.

Service was good and food decent. However we were hit with a $3 “entertainment fee” which I didn’t notice until after we’d come home. We were also charged 99 cents for aioli that was supposed to come on my burger but I asked for it on the side instead.

Their Bartender Will is a treasure. Food was great even though they were really busy. Burger was juicy, better than one I paid more for last month at another place. The Manager (Don I think) was working so hard with his team handing out orders, checking on guests. Definitely don't sleep on Red Robin if you want a good burger and drink!

This is our dinner stop when traveling through the area. Good food, good prices. This Red Robin always has the best service of nearly any restaurant I've been too.

If you are out of state, I would not recommend parking in the parking lot. They don't have cameras and the employees said it's almost a nightly occurrence that a car gets broke into in their parking lot

The food is your average basic american..not the best but not the worst. The last time we went the hostess at the front was pretty rude and had an attitude because I had a simple request of 2 tables next to eachother. She acted like it wasnt possible when there were plenty of open spots. The noise level was a little high and the servers didnt really check in on us. Our drinks stayed empty most of the time.

I'm writing this as I am in the restaurant eating. The food is delicious and fresh, and came out quickly. The service has been excellent and the overall atmosphere is great. The music is a wee bit loud but other than that this has been an amazing experience. I needed this. THANK YOU RED ROBIN!
