Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

I ordered something new tonight. The double buzzer burger. It didn’t come with the sauce. It didn’t come with the bacon. It was overcooked. I also ordered hot honey on the side and got no sauce. Not even ketchup. Very disappointed and not worth the money. This is the second time in a week they’ve messed up my order.

Tavern burger and bottom less fries are solid! Unfortunately they were understaffed....no fault of the server who was busting her butt!

Food was outstanding this time around the service was stellar this time (we had a party of 12). I really don't care for the layout, design and lack of (something is just missing in this establishment). The staff was very attentive and came around at just the right time. The food seemed super fresh rather than feeling like it died in the window. We will definitely go back!

The royal burger is GAS the manager came out and greeted us very nicely and the waiter was very nice to us, our food came out in like 10-15 minutes and was fresh and how we wanted it.

I’ve had Erica twice at this establishment, and both times she left a bad impression. The first time, I paid in cash and when I handed her the payment she said “I have to walk all the way back there to get change, I’m going to keep it.” Second time, yesterday July 9, she gets upset because our party used the little kiosk to pay for our bill and she got all upset saying that we “‘messed everything up now no one can pay on here.” I’m not sure how anything was messed up considering the bill got paid. Kinda sad that we had a bad interaction both times we had her. Too bad we couldn’t request someone different. And though I don’t reward people for bad experiences, I did tip her because she did bring us our food.

I like grilled pineapple on my hamburger and theirs is pretty good. The restaurant was busy, parking was good.

Shout out to Mike! We sat at the bar and received excellent service. Mike frequently walked around to check up on customers and asked us if we needed anything. Mike is fast and efficient, and so was Jaqueline and every staff at the bar area. As soon as I finished my cup of lemonade, he immediately walks over and hands me a new cup! It seems hard to get good service anywhere these days but we were very pleased with the customer service here. The food also came out really fast and the burgers were juicy and delicious! Thanks to Mike and the team!

Ordered take out food, but customer service was awesome and fairly quick for a Friday night at 6 pm. Food was hot and as ordered. The cost is equal or lower than fast food, just much better.

The one we went to today was the fastest we've ever gotten our order! And fry refill!

I don't know what happened we order all the time so today I decided to get the chili. Well you get about 3 tablespoons of chili for almost 9.00. All of our orders have always been great so I can't even comprehend what went wrong. 2025 I absolutely do not know why I tried this again. I picked up my order 4 minutes after the ready time it's all cold like it had been in the refrigerator! 86.00 of COLD BURGERS AND FRIES IN THE GARBAGE!!!

There are several waitresses in the bar area who are just snitty.

Overall, great, but Burgers are small and expensive. Bottomless sides makes up for it.

Just went to eat and stood at the door for 5 minutes and no one came to seat us. Both my husband and I looked around the corner and only saw one person at the bar. So we turned around and are eating at Applebee's right now where 3 people greated us and sat us immediately. Thanks for another stellar performance Red Robin 👎
