Screaming, unsupervised children running everywhere, pizza took way too long, staff has been apologizing to everyone about the wait, but it’s so long, people are getting angry. Staff keeps asking customers their names for their take out orders and promising it will “be out soon” but no food coming out of the kitchen.

Reserved the party room for family celebration. One of the only places I know that can accommodate a large group AND they don't charge extra for the room :) we have used it many times and will continue to do so! Great food, great service.

Parking: Plenty of parking spots available.

Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking right in front of entrance with wheelchair ramp.

I waited at the front counter for about 10 minutes. I only have 30 minutes for lunch so I had to walk out. No service at all.

Walked in the door before 2:00..was going to get the lunch salad bar..by the time my party of FOUR figured out what we want, it was 2:06..I ordered, payed, then looked at my receipt and was charged full price for the salad bar instead of the lunch price..they want 17.99$ per person for 4 pizzas that looked like they'd been there quite a while, and some wilted old looking salad with not a lot of options..got my money back and left (the cashier never apologized and was SUPER irritated about me wanting my money back..not necessarily rude, but not apologetic either)..for a family that eats out as much as we do, it's their loss..for 17.99$ I can get a much better meal than luke warm pizza and a stale salad with 10 topping choices

Customer service has gotten way better. I would actually recommend this spot now. Pizza is divine as always. They put in a dedicated game room. Fun for the kiddos. Still pricey but worth it.
