As I walked in, I wasn’t greeted. I felt a little out of place, so I took the initiative to say hi. I mentioned it was my first time visiting and asked what their top seller was. They recommended a drink, but after that, their demeanor shifted. It felt like they were bothered and didn’t want to help much further. I glanced over the menu, feeling a bit hesitant to ask any more questions, as I didn’t want to impose.
Eventually, I settled on a Thai drink. I didn’t want to push my luck by asking for more suggestions. To my relief, the drink turned out to be quite good. However, I’m not sure if I’ll return, as I’m just in town until Thursday and I’m from out of state. For anyone else who finds themselves here, just know that the drink was enjoyable, even if the service left something to be desired.

I ordered a milk tea and noticed that there were pieces coming up my drink that I choked on. Thought they were ginger pieces until I was suspicious and strained it at home, turns out I had multiple pieces of PLASTIC IN MY DRINK. I immediately poured this out. Kept calling the store and can’t get in contact with anyone.

I have been coming to Share Tea for years and have bought so many drinks (mostly from Issaquah and Landing locations) so you could say I'm a long time loyal customer to Share Tea. My issue isn't with the drinks themselves, but rather the customer service or lack thereof when it comes to the cashiers (specifically at Fed Way location) Since I get boba pretty often, I'm a big fan of the Clover app since you can get a free drink after buying 10 drinks. I've come to Fed Way location about 5 times and haven't been able to add my points to the Clover app every time. The code doesn't work, the cashiers do not help and also the cashier girls skip your screen for printing the receipt in order to add the points in Clover. Just as I was about to hit "Print receipt" the girl at the register skipped through it (it was 30 min til close so she was rushing through) so I didn't get to enter my points, for the 5th time. The next lady in line in a stern voice (as if she's had the same issue as me) asked for her receipt for points, cashier said she could print receipt for it...receipt wasn't printed like literally just asked by the lady in line and the lady goes "where's my receipt??" What is with the incompetence of the workers at Fed Way location???? I have taken a picture of each receipt and will be contacting Share Tea director/customer service to see what can be done, probably not coming back to this location anymore, which is crazy considering I live close by and have bought so much Share Tea. I'll stick w/ Issaquah near my work and The Landing on the weekends.

Staff is wonderful, polite and helpful. The tea is fantastic and they always make mine exactly the way I like it and not to mention they are super fast. I do wish this was a bigger location so we could really sit down and enjoy the tea, but this location really is more of a dash and go, not a lot of sitting room. Regardless, the service and beverages are great!
A lot of selection and the staff are very friendly.

It's a small store so it is pretty peaceful. Some of the workers there seem a little uninterested in showing enthusiasm towards customers which is very unwelcoming. These are the people in there teens or just barely past that age. The drinks are probably taxed because the prices are a little higher than expected.
This place sucks they refuse to put extra sweetener in my drink even if we try to pay extra. They literally will refuse. How can you refuse a drink when somebody's willing to pay extra for it. This is the only share tea that will refuse to do that

Unlike other Share Tea location. This Federal Way location will never add boba on any kind of mojto drink or sell it separately. I have no problem in any other share tea except this one. They always make it so difficult for their customers and not like I ask to add boba for free. I asked them to sell it but the answer that it's not going to happen. Be prepare for this if you order mojito drink here.

I love Sharetea - I come every Sunday as a ritual to get the QQ Happy Family milk tea. However every time I order, I ask for "NO RED BEAN", but I've gotten red bean 3 times in a row now. Please do not give me red bean, I don't like red bean
