Only had the Bingsu, but it was amazing. Presentation is fantastic. The taste was amazing and it only took 5 minutes to prepare our order. We got the biscoff and piggybank. I recommend both!
Service was fast. Food was tasty. What more can you ask for. What an unique experience.
A friend recommend that I try this spot out and I luckily have had a chance to try them at The Taste NW last year, though I only got a lychee lemonade. My boyfriend and I just had a good meal and wanted to get dessert nearby so I asked if he wanted to try out Snowy Village for some bingsoo. I appreciate the different options for bingsoos as usually there are only a few at many locations. Additionally, they have different sizes so if you do end up having to tackle it solo or with one other person then you have the option of doing so.
They have a water station which I think is nice so you can refresh yourself or have something to sip while waiting for your order. They have lots of tables and chairs for you either sit alone at or with others. The space seems to go for a minimalistic vibe with chill music playing. The service was decent, it seemed like there was only one female employee working so she was in charge of dealing with everything. She greeted us, asked us how our day was and to have a nice day. It took some time to receive our order, even though we were the only ones but it seemed like she has a good grove for when there are more multiple orders as she was able to make four within a good amount of time for two separate parties.
We got the piggy bar and I didn't know it also came with sliced strawberries. It was a nice touch but definitely wished there was a bit more. I definitely want to come back to try out their drinks and taiyakis, as well as other bingsoo flavors. Glad to have them at Federal Way as we definitely needed more bingsoo spots!
Place is good don’t get me wrong but the service is soo slow… Only came here twice my whole life and each time I only see one person making orders for several people. Which is why I prefer not to come here.
Didn't really care for this location, seems the owner of this location is cutting corners. This place looks cheap esthetically. They also do not have all the same drinks like the renton location which is a big let down and not sure why they'd choose to opt out of them. I thought this place was newer but already seems run down considering there's barely anything inside to maintain. They did not even have any menus they had one and someone else was using it when I got there ..... not a fan at all. Please dont judge them all off this location.
Awesome flavors black sesame is my favorite, mango, biscof and red bean are all good..
Long-ish wait but absolutely, definitely worth it. Everything came out beautiful and delicious! We did the 3 tayaki combo and did nutella, red bean, and custard.
I’ve been here a few times now and it’s good but the wait time is absolutely insane. Most of the times I go it’s been almost empty save 1 or 2 people and I don’t think I’ve waited less than 30 minutes for two regular strawberry shave ices. I don’t think it’s the employees’ fault, it seems the owners are being stingy with their hiring and putting the stress on the young employees instead. It sucks because I would probably go weekly if they managed it a little better! I just feel dumb when I pay $20 and wait upwards of an hour sometimes for some crushed ice and strawberry slices 😅
Great place for bingsoo. Be prepared to wait if you go in the evening time. They're new and have limited workers. The quality is worth the wait and portion sizes are easily shareable between 3-4 ppl. This already has sweet condense milk so no need to add more. Flavors are all there.
Absolutely delicious! Only one person working and she was a rockstar. We tried the strawberry, black sesame, and Oreo shaved ice, highly recommend all of these flavors. Very clean and nice atmosphere, we look forward to our next visit!

Tried 4 different flavors ( only got 2 pictures). They all taste great. Good location. Service is slow, only one staff member is working. She could also offer a smile.
The atmosphere is cute but that's about it. There's only one worker (poor thing who was trying her best but overwhelmed) taking orders and prepping all the things. Thus, wait takes minimum 20 minutes. We tried the injulmi and oreo bingsoo -- way overpriced for what it is. Dry?? lacks syrup or some sort of juice to blend the flavor. The lemonade is just cup full of sugar. It's cute but overhyped.
Visited Snowy Village in Federal Way with my son to enjoy a treat, and we ordered the mango Bingsu. The store is brand new with a clean, modern interior that I personally liked. There is plenty of parking available, which made the visit convenient. We were the only customers at the time, so service was fast and attentive. The restrooms were spotless, which I always appreciate when visiting with kids. The mango Bingsu was a bit pricey, but totally worth it to see my son enjoy it. But one thing to note is, it is a messy dessert, especially for little ones. I might recommend some wet whites for customers?

I think they need to hire more staff here.
It took over fourty minutes to order and get my food.
It seems like it's bound to take a long time since they only have one staff member to take the order and make the beverage.
Time is money, so if it takes this long, who would want to come back?
Absolutely delicious — this is our new favorite spot for bingsoo! Everything is made with such care and high-quality ingredients. You can really taste the difference. No matter what you order, it's going to be good!
