03/17/25 around 7:50am I ordered one grande latte and one banana bread at the drive through the amount I have to pay was $10and14 cents but they charged me $15.14 because of I told them I don’t want receipt I found out they charged me extra $5 when I checked my account $5 isn’t a big deal but without my knowledge is kind of stealing after that day I won’t use Starbucks anymore

Visited this "pick-up" only Starbucks in Federal Way, Wa. The employee who prepared my large order did an excellent job!

Vegetarian options: We only got coffees and hot cocoa It was a cold and rainy day.
Parking: Free parking lot but it was small. It's mainly meant to be a drive thru Starbucks.

The worst Starbucks I've ever been to, they just need to lock their doors and COMMIT to being drive thru only: no customer restrooms, no where to sit inside , no menu or food menu inside. Save yourself and some money ($8 for a small hot chocolate?) you're better off elsewhere!

I should have asked her for her name, but today on my way back from work at around 4pm, I was craving a strong cold brew, but also the new pecan seasonal drink with a little crunch. I asked if there was any way she could mix the two, or if I could get just the flavoring--
I don't know WHAT she did, but the batista was so patient with me and creative, and she whipped the BEST starbucks drink I've had, period!! She explained what she made, and I could tell she was very thoughtful about it. Honestly, starbucks should put this drink on the menu. Whoever it was, thank you so much ?

Signed the pregnant lady who has tried to stop at 4 different places and no one will let her use the bathroom and she is now crying in a parking lot.
(Also this parking lot is demon spawned and makes absolutely no sense)
