Bre went above and beyond to ensure my drink was made just right. I typically order my drink a bit slushy due to health reasons and I rarely get the drink to my liking. When making my drink bre asked me if it was the right slush and ensured it was to my liking which is something I have never experienced until then and my drink was perfect. I appreciate bre for her customer service to go above and beyond and I enjoyed my drink to the fullest. Thank you bre.

Does no where in this stupid town let people just buy food and use their bathroom?
Went to this Starbucks after 2 failed attempts to find a bathroom only to find their posted hours were incorrect.
Signed pregnant lady crying in the parking lot.

They had the most great black person, which was nice and kind ask all the questions made my drink I loved it great experience

I am not sure what is wrong with the Starbucks in federal way… again as I previous mention in Starbucks review down the street near Safeway, the cold foam is sputtering result like the end of a can of whip cream that is almost finished. My last chance is the Starbucks inside target and Safeway (not outside of Safeway). Hopefully they have the consistency that I looked up to Starbucks. I am curious if it is management decision or just employees not knowing how to make the Cold foam. I do know this location was recently renovated so new batch? I know Starbucks makes the thick velvety salted cold foam right as I have gone to other locations such as the one in Bellevue and it’s perfection. Federal way though… disappointed… it was not like this before.

This is the slowest Starbucks ever! An employee stood in front of me and took 10 freaking minutes to order her coffee! You WORK HERE! There was a line of 5 ppl trying to GET TO WORK! Mind you I was the first customer in there and it took me 20 minutes to get my coffee and my Venti was actually a Grande the cup was only 3/4 full!!! I need another coffee!

If youre in a hurry, avoid this location! Ordered 30 minutes ago and I get that it's busy but they could have at least acknowledged me while I stood here for 15 minutes trying to get their attention for the order that was in the back. Honestly all the Federal Way locations are busy so they take a while and service is not very friendly, I'd prefer my tacoma starbucks locations. Never been disappointed at any of them!
