I came to pick up a DoorDash order. So while they were preparing it, I asked if I could use the bathroom, and they said it was for customers only. I've shopped here before, but I won't be doing so again.

New policy is Pathetic. Especially when it’s a drive through request. I was denied a cup of ice because of a new policy and I was being charged 3 $ for the cup of ice because she was going to put it in as a tea. Now that’s just beyond rediculous. If they are concerned about non customers coming into their establishment or drive through, just ask to scan the Starbucks app that will prove that they are regular customers. Just wow! What has the world come to….you can’t even get a cup of ice. Sadly I will never purchase another Starbucks beverage in my entire life and I will not purchase their Starbucks brand Nespresso pods ever again. They just lost a customer. I will support small family owned establishment instead.

worker that was working at the front taking my order had terrible attitude so when I matched it back I could tell she got annoyed. Once I went to wait by the counter for my drink she turned to another girl and was looking at me while talking. Everyone else was amazing and great just her. Please do better.

This location has an issue with its hot water. Apparently it’s a frequent enough problem that they have to ask everyone to leave even if they just got their drinks. Not a good spot to work or have meetings. Suggest trying other spots nearby.

I ordered a hot chocolate, but with chestnut and praline cream, and when I got it it had no flavor. It told them it tasted watery, so they re-made it. I still didn't like it. After asking why the cocoa was white and not brown like hot cocoa should be, they said I didn't order a hot chocolate, I ordered a cream. I said I didn't but the lady who made it said, well, that's what my order said to make. Instead of correcting the problem, she did nothing to fix it and made it seem like it was my fault. I am mad, I just paid $10 for hot milk with hardly any flavor. Don't come here. No customer service.

I am done coming to this location. I am not sure if there is a staffing issue or a management issue but the employees look absolutely miserable and they Are unfriendly. They have messed up my order a few times but this is the first time I have gone back because I can live with my order being messed up but they also messed up my husband's drink. I went in and told them what was wrong and what I ordered and they still gave me the wrong drink. Both when I originally ordered and when I reordered I asked for a tall but they gave me a Grande. I'm not even sure that the drink she remade is actually decaffed like I asked because she didnt hardly acknowledge that i was talking to her. I don't feel comfortable even drinking my drink because is don't know if it has caffeine and its 345 in the aftenoon. My order is a little complicated but when I have repeated "Tall decaf almond milk pumpkin spice latte" 3 times you think they'd figure it out.

This location is huge. Right behind the ihop. Got a good amount of parking and it's next to the Federal Way ball field so if you need a pick me up before a game this is your spot.
