I come to this Starbucks pretty frequently because it’s very close to my work. The employees are always kind and I’ve never had an issue with my food or drinks.

I never really saw a reason to write a review before this, but this morning when I went through the drive-through and Adeeb was so energetic and kind. I figured I would talk to text this on my way from Starbucks to work.

Definitely one of my favorite Starbucks in the area that one interaction set a great tone to the day!

Was accused of smoking in car and we don't smoke. This was the 2nd time it has happened this month. I will never go back. And the lady was laughing at us like who you think you are.

Katie, Nevaeh, and Bree will give you the most exceptional customer experience😍 they always have a good vibe when I come to get my strawberry açaí lemonade with raspberry syrup😋 and they always write the sweetest messages on my cup!! As long as these ladies are here I will only come to this Starbucks🤭

I ordered a medium Cappuccino, the cup was pre much. empty basically, there was a little coffee in it.and the customer service was awful and bad attitude, I never come back to get anything.

I came to pick up a DoorDash order. So while they were preparing it, I asked if I could use the bathroom, and they said it was for customers only.
I've shopped here before, but I won't be doing so again.

New policy is Pathetic. Especially when it’s a drive through request. I was denied a cup of ice because of a new policy and I was being charged 3 $ for the cup of ice because she was going to put it in as a tea. Now that’s just beyond rediculous. If they are concerned about non customers coming into their establishment or drive through, just ask to scan the Starbucks app that will prove that they are regular customers. Just wow! What has the world come to….you can’t even get a cup of ice. Sadly I will never purchase another Starbucks beverage in my entire life and I will not purchase their Starbucks brand Nespresso pods ever again. They just lost a customer. I will support small family owned establishment instead.

worker that was working at the front taking my order had terrible attitude so when I matched it back I could tell she got annoyed. Once I went to wait by the counter for my drink she turned to another girl and was looking at me while talking. Everyone else was amazing and great just her. Please do better.

This location has an issue with its hot water. Apparently it’s a frequent enough problem that they have to ask everyone to leave even if they just got their drinks. Not a good spot to work or have meetings. Suggest trying other spots nearby.
