I am beyond disappointed in my several trips to this location and today was the finally straw. I purchased a caramel ribbon crunch which ended up being 89 percent whipped cream & the rest caramel topping. The drink was undrinkable . My girlfriend had an iced white chocolate mocha with soy milk and it basically tasted liked a cardboard box and some sugar .. maybe it was a bad day , or maybe it's just a bad location but I will never waste my hard earned money there again .

lemme tell yall something. In ALL my years of exploring different starbucks. This one will forever be on my top list. The manager there MALIA was SOO amazing and so kind. i received the best customer service i have had in YEARS. and OH MY GOODNESS DONT EVEN GET ME STARTED WITH JASMINE. Nicest person i will ever meet. Something about the coffee she made me but wow was it good, normally sb coffee aint that good but this was friking bomb, i cant wait to come back. yall made my day. thank you so much! 5 stars is nothing compared to what they deserve, they all need a raise and like 587359383 stars. anyone that leaves a bad review on this store is most likely sick in the head no offense. Drive thru, young lady was great. It’s not right how Starbucks has their people begging for tips.
They let a member of staff leave work to follow me home just because I drove through the parking lot to grocery shop at winco. They also let this member of staff who with their family has been stalking, endangering, and terrorizing a vulnerable adult (a protected citizen) file a false report with the police to send them to my door. Animal poisoning and stealing has been involved to cover up the SM this family has subjected their own children to over the years. DO NOT EVER FOLLOW ME HOME OR AROUND TOWN AGAIN LILIBET, FRIENDS, COWORKERS, AND FAMILY. I will eventually be allowed by the courts to take legal action and will publish it here and in the reviews of every place that employes lilibet and her family members as proof. I will hold Starbuck Inc responsible for any further support of the criminal actions this family of SO subjects me to.

This shopContinues to get drink wrong. Every Saturday. I just don’t understand. It’s through DoorDash. And not there fault cause my bag clearly says my name on it. Drinks are already expensive then when you do finally say something ONE time they treat you like a liar.
