I pull up and 4 parking spots in front of store are taken, but I only a Handicap spot left, there were only 2 people in the store so I must assume the employees feel they have more privileges than customers to park in front. There were over 20 spots just 20 feet from where they parked. I would think you would give customers priority.

Their business hours are inaccurate. Said they were open at 5am so I came at 5:20 and they were closed.
This location is supposed to be open at 5am but I've stopped by 3 times already around 5:15am and I can see the workers in there but the drive thru is always closed!!
The quality at this location and down the street has dropped significantly. I do not know if it is management or new employees but what I originally loved about Starbucks, was consistency, and this location has failed miserably. Their cold foam looks like the remaining cream after a spray can is about to run dry. They do not have that thick velvety texture that other location has. This will be the last time I go here as I thought the prior time was a fluke… but they are consistently bad.

The girl with the pink hair working today was incredibly rude. Overall this store has terrible service and I can’t even blame just the baristas bc the management is terrible too. The store never improves and the service get worse and worse and worse? Atp just shut down the store.

I was on my home from an amazing work morning and thought I would treat myself as I normally make coffee at home. I am NOT that savvy when it comes to specialized coffee. I pulled up to the drive-thru and was not greeted by the person taken the order, just "what would I like" very rough around the edges...my rule of thumb is to also make that a point of acknowledgement by responding with, "Good Morning!" Because it was a good morning. I asked the representative if the new hazelnut oatmeal shaken ESPRESSO came hot. Her response was, we can make any latte hot but in a very condescending tone. I was immediately offended and my attitude was building and she sensed it and then tried to in her rough way to acknowledge my order. I was so mad when I got to the window that I immediately blurted out how rude that was. The person standing in front of the counter had just arrived and was acting clueless to why I was irritated. I explained that I was not that experienced with coffee and I had asked for a yes or no question and got nothing but a condescending response. The person who took my order was not even able to face me and threw her teammate under the bus to get any backlash for her attitude. No accountability. I will no longer support Starbucks and will only do local and privately owned coffee stands where I know that I'll get genuine service. They always remember your name and your order. Abd no, I don't expect that from Starbucks employees but I do expect coming and NOT receiving such disrespect. Have a great new year.

My coffee taste hella weird as if it was soy milk or if the foam from the milk was overWarmed to give off a weird taste. The teas here are good. Seem like I will just stick to the tea, because my coffee is never right.

Wow. Two girls that were working there today were insanely rude and stingy with the coffee! Never had a bad starbucks until today.It was a mistake going here.[this review is for starbucks inside Safeway, so many of the positive reviews here are suppose to be for the Starbucks across the parking lot you can tell from the pictures]

Parking: Very hard to get in/out of the parking lot unless you go through the drive thru but that's a nightmare too.

I was ignored for a few minutes and then told it would be a 20-minute wait. I said all I wanted was a Cake-pop. The girl was very rude and still didn't take my order, so we left. Extremely poor customer service. I'm in the service industry, and no matter how busy you are, it is your job to provide quality customer service.
