I pull up and 4 parking spots in front of store are taken, but I only a Handicap spot left, there were only 2 people in the store so I must assume the employees feel they have more privileges than customers to park in front. There were over 20 spots just 20 feet from where they parked. I would think you would give customers priority.
I was on my home from an amazing work morning and thought I would treat myself as I normally make coffee at home. I am NOT that savvy when it comes to specialized coffee. I pulled up to the drive-thru and was not greeted by the person taken the order, just "what would I like" very rough around the edges...my rule of thumb is to also make that a point of acknowledgement by responding with, "Good Morning!" Because it was a good morning. I asked the representative...
Very friendly from the first "Hello"! They were gracious with their greeting, verified my order and was just a pleasant when I picked it up! Thank you for bringing more light into the world ?
