Inside a Store with lots of seats. Staff of 2 were very efficient.

Pretty sure they gave me regular milk instead of oat milk as I felt really sick after drinking my drink. Never had this reaction to my drink before from other locations, so I think they made it wrong and gave me the wrong milk. If you have allergies or an intolerance, watch out :( :( Service was ok, not the friendliest. Just go to a regular Starbucks. Not worth the risk.

Jernest is the best barista there. He is so kind and sweet and always makes my drink correctly. He asks how I’m doing and says hi even when I’m not getting a drink during my Target trip. I ALWAYS try to go when I see him working because he is just my favorite. He definitely deserves a raise.

Terrible they made my drink so nasty and made it wrong and when I told them they didn’t wanna make another when I was offering to pay. It tasted absolutely horrible never going back again

July 13th 3 employees at the front counter chit chatting, None of them greeted me when I walked up and I even said Hello first, they just continued their conversation and then looked at me. Refuses to give change for quarters. Said they can’t open the register without a purchase which is a lie.

I ordered a brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso but it had regular coffee with oat milk instead of the espresso. Really disappointed considering there were no other customers or drinks to be made.

I always order the same exact drink. A simple Iced coffee with the INCLUDED sugar and a splash of milk. I always pay $4.35 including tax for a grande. I decided to order a smaller size (tall) from this location this morning August 18th. The barista (sweet hapa looking African American gal) charged then charged me over $6 for a tall iced coffee!!! I should have got a Frappuccino for that price! No added caramel mocha etc! A simply iced coffee with sugar added and a splash of 1/2 and 1/2. I asked the other barista working why did she charge me $2 extra and she said "we have to charge for sugar and cream here." What the hey? Save your money and go to the professional and real Starbucks location. Or buy a 1/2 gallon of creamer for the same price ... super bogus this location charged $2 MORE for a SMALLER drink then the exact same larger drink that I get every day. Ridiculous.

There is no place to sit

I couldn't sleep and am extremely tired. I told the barista this. Along with telling her I've a high sensitivity to caffeine and would like decaf. I work a job that requires focus and no jitters. I don't know how many shots were in my coffee. On top of being tired I'm verging on an anxiety attack and am still not any more 'awake'. I hope this gets read by the right person so this error doesn't happen to another person. It's uncomfortable enough I took the time to write this out.
