I visited the drive-through around noon and ordered a hot latte along with a cheese danish. When I received my order, I noticed that the cheese danish was cold. Unsure if I had requested it to be warmed, I asked the barista for clarification. Her response was unexpected; she mentioned that it might be due to the packaging.
While I didn't expect a replacement, I was taken aback by her response. Having been a loyal Starbucks customer for some time, this interaction was disappointing and did not reflect the high standards associated with the brand. I hope my feedback can contribute to improving customer service in the future. Thank you.

Came to this establishment was okay but can be better . Noticed that whoever cleaned your glass must not know how to clean properly and if that's the case imagine the restaurant ?? please do a better job
TURN DOWN THE MUSIC!!!!This place is dead on an overcast Saturday afternoon. Why? It should be full of people. It's because the staff here seem to think this place is a music store or maybe a fashion boutique. Anything other than a comfortable place for people to relax, study or have discussions. None of those things are possible here. It doesn't matter how many times people ask them to turn it down. It doesn't matter how many people give up, get up and walk out clearly annoyed. They're clueless.

There are some amazing people that work at this Starbucks but some that are so damn rude! Clint is one of them. My family was there for over an hour. We asked for a refill while I was out putting the kids in the car and he said no. Oh my gosh! We spend so much money there. We go there ever. Not anymore. So annoying! I can’t stand people like Clint! So damn strict!
