I visited the drive-through around noon and ordered a hot latte along with a cheese danish. When I received my order, I noticed that the cheese danish was cold. Unsure if I had requested it to be warmed, I asked the barista for clarification. Her response was unexpected; she mentioned that it might be due to the packaging.

While I didn't expect a replacement, I was taken aback by her response. Having been a loyal Starbucks customer for some time, this interaction...
