Violation of Washington State Law – Restroom Access for Delivery Drivers
According to Washington State Law (RCW 70.54.500), food establishments must allow delivery drivers to use their restrooms.
I recently visited this Starbucks (1401 S 348th St M101, Federal Way, WA 98003) while picking up an order and politely asked to use the restroom. The employee, Leah, told me that the restroom was only for customers, not delivery drivers. When I asked again, she ignored me and laughed.
This is not only unprofessional, but it also violates state law. I hope the management takes action to ensure employees are informed about this legal requirement.

Need to work faster people have places to go.. taking to long drive threw needs to speed it up I waited more than 10 mins!

Why is it so hard to make a correct drink order? There weren’t even any modifications to a drink that is on your Menu. So irritating to pay $8 for a beverage and it tastes like crap.
