Violation of Washington State Law – Restroom Access for Delivery Drivers
According to Washington State Law (RCW 70.54.500), food establishments must allow delivery drivers to use their restrooms.
I recently visited this Starbucks (1401 S 348th St M101, Federal Way, WA 98003) while picking up an order and politely asked to use the restroom. The employee, Leah, told me that the restroom was only for customers, not delivery drivers. When I asked again, she ignored me and laughed.
This is not only unprofessional, but it also violates state law. I hope the management takes action to ensure employees are informed about this legal requirement.

Why is it so hard to make a correct drink order? There weren’t even any modifications to a drink that is on your Menu. So irritating to pay $8 for a beverage and it tastes like crap.

I didn’t realize McDonald’s employees could just walk right up and grab a drink bypassing everyone else who’s been waiting 10 mins for their drinks.

I’ve only come here twice and both times have been a terrible experience. The staff are extremely standoffish and rude. I ordered a strawberry açaí with lemonade and it was very watery. It’s evident that the staff here don’t like their jobs and that reflects in the interactions with customers.

So I usually stop by this Starbucks in the morning depending on the way I take to work but this is my least favorite Starbucks. It’s not horrible but last time I came through the person on drive basically made my change fall to the ground I couldn’t pick it up and today when I went there was no whip cream in my drink. Doesn’t matter I say oatmilk for the milk I never put no whip cream on my order so why skip it.
The Blonde lady that was working at 315pm on Monday October 7 was the most unfriendly service person I've ever encountered. I didn't get her name. I was not greeted when coming in and I stood at the counter for a while before she took my order. When she took my order there was still no greeting just "What are you getting." I could understand the cold rudeness if I had been rude to her but all I did was come into the store to order food. The food was good but I was not interested in having the lady make me coffee if I had another convenient choice for food I would have gone elsewhere.

If I could leave a 0 star review I would. Waited 15 minutes for a one minute heat up sandwich. I had to ask for a refund bc no one was trying to get my sandwich out to me during my short lunch break. I saw multiple orders of the same sandwich go out then realizing they were not making mine. Really wanted to eat this morning.

I messed up on the app and ordered at the wrong location. TT was my hero!!! She noticed I had been waiting longer than 5 minutes and asked the name on my order. She made my order right on the spot❤️. TT saved my morning!!!
