This is the best starbucks in federal way in my opinion. They are clean, quick and friendly. I love the chai lattes here. Their milk options are great and they really take their time to get to know customers. The staff knows me by name and they greet me every time I come in. They also ask me about my day and work. It's a decent size establishment to hold small meetings there too.

I went through the drive through to get a cup of ice for a drink that I had purchased earlier that day and wanted to ice, and the girl at the drive thru window said they have a new policy for charging for ice or ice water, I said it was fine that I would pay and then she said that I have to buy a pastry or something to get the ice🤔Didn’t she just say she would charge me for it? I’m a Regular customer that comes through here every week and I can’t get a cup or ice is beyond bad customer service in my opinion. They are going to lose customers with that type of policy.

This place always has a long wait and they messed up my coffee on multiple occasions. It always tastes burnt, bitter, and they don’t add all the ingredients and there are coffee grinds floating in it. Only went here because the one by Winco was closed so hopefully I won’t have to come here ever again. Save your money and go somewhere else.

The audacity to ask for a tip when you can't even do a simple drink correctly. If I give you a specific request and you can't do it right, you waste the customers time AND money. When I come back to give you a second chance, you show no empthy or apologize and STILL make my drink incorrectly. I've ignored a mess up here or there because the service used to be good, but I won't waste my time or money at this location ever again. Too many chances given to mess up my drinks. Very disappointing.
