Ordered a simple tall caramel macchiato w extra foam, caramel, and vanilla shot at non-busy time around 930ish yesterday.

They messed up my order not once, not twice, but three times and had the audacity to defend the fact they kept shorting me on the amount of drink I had each time! So not worth going to which is a shame since it's so convenientlu located.

I stopped by this location on Mother's Day and was surprised to find the store itself relatively empty, with no other customers waiting in line to order. However, the atmosphere felt surprisingly hectic, with the baristas seemingly laser-focused on fulfilling a stream of drive thru and mobile orders.

I placed a simple order for an iced coffee and then waited... and waited. In total, it took a full 17 minutes for my drink to be prepared and handed over. During this time, the baristas continued to prioritize the incoming online orders, with little to no acknowledgment of the few customers actually present in the store.

While I understand the growing popularity of mobile ordering, it was frustrating to experience such a significant delay for a straightforward drink when the physical store was quiet. It felt as though the in-person customer was a secondary concern.

Perhaps a better system for balancing in-store and online orders could improve the experience for everyone. While I appreciate the convenience of mobile ordering, it shouldn't come at the expense of timely service for those who choose to visit the store in person.

The employees at this location clearly have not gotten the memo from corporate about the refocus on customer service and making the cafes welcoming places. They have gotten orders incorrect a few times and seem to have a generally unfriendly attitude. Unfortunate given how other locations seem to be taking this policy more seriously.

Every single time I have came to this Starbucks I always try to give it the benefit of the doubt and each time it’s a constant disappointment. From the coffee tasting burnt and sometimes the service is not that great compared to even busier Starbucks. Tonight I decided to get a matcha Frappuccino and when I tell you this drink was so sour I couldn’t even drink it tbh. I’m a tea drinker and have drank heavy tasting teas and matcha without anything added so this one just tasting so bitter and just plain disgusting. I’m sorry but this placed needs to get it together

Putting non english speaking employees in customer facing positions is totally wild. Especially so when they don't even give you the right thing you ordered and refuse three times to honor your points balance. Do better.
