Every single time I have came to this Starbucks I always try to give it the benefit of the doubt and each time it’s a constant disappointment. From the coffee tasting burnt and sometimes the service is not that great compared to even busier Starbucks. Tonight I decided to get a matcha Frappuccino and when I tell you this drink was so sour I couldn’t even drink it tbh. I’m a tea drinker and have drank heavy tasting teas and matcha without anything added so this one just tasting so bitter and just plain disgusting. I’m sorry but this placed needs to get it together

Putting non english speaking employees in customer facing positions is totally wild. Especially so when they don't even give you the right thing you ordered and refuse three times to honor your points balance. Do better.

Second time in two weeks I’ve visited this store. First visit I ordered a decaf Frap and was charged $2.50 extra for decaf. Today I waited inside for a pineapple passion fruit lemonade for 15 minutes. They were too busy taking care of their drive-thru to take care of their customers in the lobby (all four of us). I finally asked where my drink was and was told they were making it now. They handed me a pink drink, not a yellow pineapple drink. They said they would remake it but I had to leave to get to my appt - I gave myself plenty of time since pouring a premade drink shouldn’t take 15 minutes. The only reason I returned after being overcharged for a decaf is that I have a Starbucks gift card with an obscene amount on it due to friends always giving me gift cards. Now I understand why so many other people prefer the smaller, locally-owned coffee shops. Since I probably can’t redeem what is left on my card I think I will give it to the next homeless person who approaches me, and will continue to due so when gifted a Starbucks gift card.

I went in person on 5/26/2024 around 11:30 AM, no line whatsoever. The workers did not acknowledge us, or welcome us. Mind you there’s 6 different employees and no customers inside the store. I waited in front of the cash register, right in their faces for 8 minutes and they didn’t even acknowledge me or offer to take my order despite it not even being busy. Extremely slow and unprofessional service with lack of cognizance, whether that was deliberate or not. Never coming back to this location and will never recommend, unless they start hiring more capable employees who actually fulfill their job responsibilities. Why are they even working in the customer service industry if they can’t even properly serve others with respect.
