i went in today with my brother, there was 2 people ahead of us and only one worker. i use to work at subway so i know it will get busy especially in the summer. but it took so long. we were there for 25 minutes.
after leaving me and my brother went to the lake to eat as i was eating my side of the footlong, i see a a big piece of plastic in my sandwich. i posted the photo. i was really disgusted and wondered how in the world plastic was even near the food station. the only plastic that was near the food was the guacamole in a bag and i didn’t ask for that. it was disappointed, i would just hope the lady. learns of it.

We pulled up a whole hour before close and the employee was saying to go only. We had a coupon that was supposed to be available to use in store but he said no coupons? 1 star because how can I rate food I never even got to eat? Do better.

I ordered ahead on my short lunch break and arrived at this store about 15 minutes later, hopefully giving enough time for my order to be prepared. I entered to see just one person working and a large line. I joined the line and when I made it up to the counter I let him know that I had ordered online. He looked at me like I was stupid and angrily motioned at the 3 tickets for orders that he still had to make. I understand he is probably in a frustrating situation, but subway as a whole needs to figure it out. If you cannot staff your store, what are you doing open? It shouldn’t take 45 minutes to get one 6 inch sandwich when there are 4 people in the store.. this made me feel guilty for even coming here- if I hadn’t already paid online I would have walked out after he treated me this way, I felt like a prisoner. Also these nachos are a rip off- literally no steak on them, but idk, maybe he was just mad at me?

The man working behind the counter is abrasive, easily frustrated, and has a really terrible attitude towards customers. Placed an online order and due to an error in some capacity he didn't have the details for the sandwiches. No big deal, I told him I could read off the details but he was super unpleasant about it and kept interrupting me while I was trying to read off the details so he could make the sandwiches, sighing and tossing the ingredients into the sandwiches. Receipts were unorganized and some were even sitting over the open food. He was rude to the people in the store before me, too, and one couple even left without ordering.
It seems he's working there by himself in the evenings, and he's always pretty rude but most of the time I'm just dropping by to pick up an order after work. After actually working with the guy, won't be ordering there again.

Grumpy old latino dude working there never greet you. In fact he doesn't even say anything after I said hello to him several times. Always got mean mug on his face. Any request is met with heavy sigh and pouted lip. Extremely unpleasant every time I visit there.

Mobile ordered on the consistently very slow app. While the app is not made by this franchised location, and sometimes I wish it worked faster, i have made repeat visits to this particular location.
Their ingredients are consistently fresh, and the employees are fast at fulfilling mobile orders. I was actually surprised at how quick he managed to prepare my three sandwich order, while also having a couple walk in orders also!
I like this location, (can you tell?) I will add also that if you go inside, peep around, you will find the store to be quite clean also!

You can go to your favorite search engine, type in something like, "current subway promo codes".
I always am able to find an excellent deal this way, but if you download the subway app, they always offer promo codes on there as well.

Vegetarian options: You can get a veggie and cheese (or no cheese if you prefer), and pretty much all their sandwiches are customizable. (This location is a little bit higher in price than the location inside Walmart, fyi, and i will tell you to add smashed avocado is around more than four dollars.) (But if i can snag that $5.99 or $6.99 for a footlong, which they seem to offer quite often, then i don't really have too much of an issue paying that "premium price". (It's tasty, but not regular price tasty!)
Parking: They have parking right in front and it's usually available. (There is a time limit).
It's very clean and very friendly environment, very helpful and respectful as well. The food is great and I would recommend this store to anyone

FALSE ADVERTISING/REFUSING TO HONOR COUPONS. Also when making my sandwich I asked for cheese on the other side of the bread. The man commented “it wouldn’t make a difference” excuse me? Last time I checked it was your job to MAKE the sandwich NOT REVIEW IT! Second of all cheese toasted on top of bread instead of the meat is COMPLETELY DIFFERENT.
