2.5 Star. NO Coupon participation location. For coupon users, go to different Subway shops unless you are okay without using coupon.

I had a really upsetting experience at this Subway location . My hands are still shaking now. One of my kids found a dead bug in the lettuce in their sandwich. I showed it to the manager, and instead of apologizing or handling it professionally, he just came over and tried to crush the bug right in front of me as if he was checking . Thankfully, I took a photo before that.

He gave me a refund for only one sandwich, even though all my kids had sandwiches with the same lettuce, and some of them had already finished eating. When I asked him, “You’re not even going to say sorry?” he just shrugged and said something like, “I don’t know what it was,” as if it wasn’t a big deal.

Only after I insisted did he give a half-hearted apology, but then he started defending the store, saying it’s clean and trying to make excuses instead of taking responsibility.

This kind of reaction is completely unacceptable — especially when it comes to food safety and kids’ health. I’m never coming back to this Subway again, and I hope they seriously review their hygiene and customer service standards

i went in today with my brother, there was 2 people ahead of us and only one worker. i use to work at subway so i know it will get busy especially in the summer. but it took so long. we were there for 25 minutes.

after leaving me and my brother went to the lake to eat as i was eating my side of the footlong, i see a a big piece of plastic in my sandwich. i posted the photo. i was really disgusted and wondered how in the world plastic was even near the food station. the only plastic that was near the food was the guacamole in a bag and i didn’t ask for that. it was disappointed, i would just hope the lady. learns of it.

The place was clean and welcoming but the worker was very rude and refused to give us what we requested even though we explained many times exactly what we wanted we were still charged more. Very rude not friendly definitely won’t eat at this subway location

We pulled up a whole hour before close and the employee was saying to go only. We had a coupon that was supposed to be available to use in store but he said no coupons?
1 star because how can I rate food I never even got to eat? Do better.

I ordered ahead on my short lunch break and arrived at this store about 15 minutes later, hopefully giving enough time for my order to be prepared. I entered to see just one person working and a large line. I joined the line and when I made it up to the counter I let him know that I had ordered online. He looked at me like I was stupid and angrily motioned at the 3 tickets for orders that he still had to make. I understand he is probably in a frustrating situation, but subway as a whole needs to figure it out. If you cannot staff your store, what are you doing open? It shouldn’t take 45 minutes to get one 6 inch sandwich when there are 4 people in the store.. this made me feel guilty for even coming here- if I hadn’t already paid online I would have walked out after he treated me this way, I felt like a prisoner. Also these nachos are a rip off- literally no steak on them, but idk, maybe he was just mad at me?

The man working behind the counter is abrasive, easily frustrated, and has a really terrible attitude towards customers. Placed an online order and due to an error in some capacity he didn't have the details for the sandwiches. No big deal, I told him I could read off the details but he was super unpleasant about it and kept interrupting me while I was trying to read off the details so he could make the sandwiches, sighing and tossing the ingredients into the sandwiches. Receipts were unorganized and some were even sitting over the open food. He was rude to the people in the store before me, too, and one couple even left without ordering.

It seems he's working there by himself in the evenings, and he's always pretty rude but most of the time I'm just dropping by to pick up an order after work. After actually working with the guy, won't be ordering there again.

Grumpy old latino dude working there never greet you. In fact he doesn't even say anything after I said hello to him several times. Always got mean mug on his face. Any request is met with heavy sigh and pouted lip. Extremely unpleasant every time I visit there.
