So I finally was able to go to subway and order some food: bread was burnt, the Indian lady refused to warm up my cookie and wouldn’t let me use my coupon because the machine was broken for “4 months”. That’s a long time for a broken machine that they should take immediate action for taking care of the repairs. Guess I won’t be coming back here again. Definitely not satisfied

hey! i keep trying to reach out to subway but im not getting a response through phone or messages, i went to a subway on military rd in federal way wa, the lady whose name is either spelled Kumer or Kumar, was extremely rude. She refused to wash her hands before making my sandwich which caused my stomach to hurt all day, over charged me for the $6 meal of the day causing me to pay $14.08, then refused to ring up my chips but ended up still giving them to me. I asked for the general manager she refused to give me the general manager. I went back in recorded the interaction with her, (she provided consent to the recording). I have all documents I need, Id like a refund at this point please. She also repeatedly hung up in my face, i recorded the interaction with the new built in call feature for mobile calling. she then stopped answering the phone the whole day. Looking forward to a response, Thank you! :)

Honestly it does suck they don’t let people to sit inside or even use the restroom (I was just picking up so not something I even mind) but the store is clean the veggies are all fresh the bread is soft. The one lady is usually working she’s nice and seems clean.

We did a pick up order, The sandwich my hubby ordered was basically burnt . I ordered several items and my cookie was not in the bag , I called the store to let them know hoping I could pick up the cookie the next day because they closed in 10 minutes . The sandwich maker hung up in my face after telling me that her coworker put the cookie in the bag, they didn’t offer a replacement cookie. TERRIBLE customer service !! I chose this over JJ , never again smh.

Not sure what happened to this place but the food is awful. Been eating here for 15 years and now all the bread is stale, serving romaine lettuce instead of iceberg….ordered 4 sandwiches and they all tasted like $&58! All of them. 65.00 for 4 sandwiches that were inedible. Moving on to Jimmy John’s.

This is the second time we have ordered sandwiches from this Subway for delivery and the sandwiches are ice cold. I just called them and was explaining to them the issue and they said we had to come down to get a new sandwich. I advised her that we do not have transportation to get down there that is why we ordered it for delivery. She said I could come down tomorrow. I told her that doesn't change the fact that I don't have transportation and now I am stuck without lunch. She said she couldn't do anything. I requested a refund and she refused. I asked for them to remake it and have it delivered to us and she refused. I again said well then we need a refund and she hung up on me. This is the worst subway in the area. The people at this location are rude, they don't know how to make a hot sandwich and when you call them out on it they hang up on you and steal your money. DO NOT give them your business.

The military Subway was no good and the family was terrible. The bread that I didn't that 1 I won, but she didn't give it to me and the vegetable almost brown tomato was kind of moldy and the meat was so less and I didn't like it and I didn't eat this sandwich at the waterway. I pay for it and I didn't like that later she was rude and she was rushing us and I asked why you wasn't. Could she say she had another order. It doesn't matter you take care of the customer here. First, then you do the other order. I did not like her and she was rude, lady.I want my money back.
The atmosphere is sketchy. Homeless people everywhere. The lady that waited on me said she had to stack the table and chairs to prevent people from coming in and staying. She said recently there was a fight in her Subway. I ordered the Philly Cheese Steak. Never again! Absolutely no meat.

I’ve came to this location multiple times and each time i come she says “my card machine is not working i only take cash” her machine is on and running. She does not let us know ahead of time either she always tell you that when she hears what you want to order.

This place should be shut down, the past times I’ve ordered they’ve given me only 4 pieces of meat, on top of that when I placed my order online they decided to close early so I couldn’t even get my foood! The Indian lady is so rude she’s horrible, always has a attitude, the place is dirty I wouldn’t recommend eating here if you care about your health

Maybe she was just having a bad day, who knows? either way, it's not fair to a paying customer coming in to buy a couple Sammy's to be treated as if we were an inconvenience to you and answered all questions with such an attitude. Hope she's having a better night. Unfortunately, due to the rating on the door from the health department and this lady, we will not be returning. ??
