Did a reorder thru the app. We rec'd sandwiches of just the meat -- no condiments, lettuce, tomatoes, etc. App shows all of the extras but our receipt only shows the meat - not even the bread type. Lack of communication between the restaurant and the app. What a waste of time and money!

I went to the Subway cause my granddaughters wanted something different from McDonald's. So the said Subway. I ordered the my youngest a kid meal. It was okay she liked it. My other granddaughter had ordered the 6" meal but she just got the 6" sandwich. I ordered 2 foot long teriyaki chicken sandwich's. The chicken didn't like like teriyaki chicken. It was just plain chicken put on bread with teriyaki sauce put on top. They said that's how they do it there. The service was not inviting at all. I will not eat there again ??

Terrible!! Rotten meat! And they’ve got rude staff with an attitude wiggling around a weighing scale (never seen a subway weigh meat lol)! GO to Chipotle or somewhere else where you’ll get your money’s worth and the people are nicer!

I always came to subway because they had light lemonade. I'm so sick of restaurants that only offer diet coke or Pepsi! Well, they changed it out for a foul tasting regular lemonade. My visits have dropped way down. Those of us who can't have regular sweetened drinks, and there are millions of us, have one less choice now.

The food here is subway, if you don't know what that's like, skip it and find a better sandwich place, if you're hungry or in a hurry, it's not bad. The service here though was very nice. I'm in a wheelchair so it's hard for me to order from a place like this where there's a tall counter to have to look over. The gal was very sweet and helpful, making sure that everything was just the way I liked it.

This is the Best Subway site. I don't know how they do it but the employees here always have fresh awesome rolls and are the best of Any Subway I have gone to. Great sandwiches here !! Thanks for all the nice dinners you have made for my family!

One of the better subways I have gotten good at. Dedinately did good. Prices were a bit higher them most other subways but not to bad.
So if 0 stars were a thing I would give this place 0 stars. I ordered two sandwichs a BMT with jalapenos on toasted bread and a Black forest ham sandwich also toasted. Both were ice cold and the BMT literally had 4 jalapenos on it. I called them and they proceeded to tell me that their toaster was broken, I asked why they didn't have that posted on their site or atleast in the notes and the guy hung up on me. That's totally great customer service. I work in a Safeway deli and if I hung up on a customer I would be fired immediately.

Ordered a couple of sandwiches from mobile app. I scheduled them to be ready in about hour and half later. When I picked up, they seemed to have ignored the instructions and were made right away, sitting around for over an hour. The sandwich was warm and soggy.
