Great place with amazing food and people that work there are always so friendly

Untrimmed chicken patty. Take the time to trim out the fat felt like I was biting into a cheap chicken nugget 🤢. For the price I expected better. Ended up eating the bread and pickles. We won’t be back.

We live in Tacoma and now that the store is open there my son eats there daily. No joke we have been going to the Federal Way location for close to a year since they opened and we just love Shauntel. She always remembers us and welcomes us with a smile. One worker we got comfortable with isn’t there anymore but she too always recognized us as repeat customers and that is such a wonderful feeling. I’m from Dallas and had not had Super Chix in forever but now we are eating there all the time. I’m so glad they are in the Pacific Northwest now. We have to live here because my son has an extremely rare bone disease and the specialist is here. It’s not as friendly up here and southern hospitality is lacking up here to say the least but when we come to your restaurant we get that home feeling with friendly smiles and great customer service. So glad you are here. !!!! The food is always the same no matter what location. It’s always fresh and warm and let me add, we love the buns that are closed at the bottom and helps hold everything together. Great concept. Fresh buns. Best fries on the planet and best chicken sandwich by far. Great quality of meat. Ok I’m done raving on your store your food and your employees. Shantel is always on the go. From the register to taking out trash and orders to tables. Top notch fast food with restaurant quality food and service. Thank you again. Ohh the custard never disappoints

The Rock Pizza was super busy, so we wondered why Super Chix was super slow on a Saturday night. We found out it’s because the food quality is poor. I spent $60+ on a couple of chicken sandys, some strips, fries, and a frozen custard. The breading on the chicken in the sandys were pale, soggy and pasty, borderline raw. The vast majority of the fries we received were leftover, over fried, broken pieces. The double cup of custard was a tiny dented scoop, not even a full scoop. The strips were good. This business will be lucky to make it another year if quality control doesn’t improve.

Ahhh... Finally. Food that actually tastes like REAL food! I love that everything is made fresh and it actually tastes so fresh and juicy! Even if you need to reheat it it's still delicious. I'm not the biggest fan of fried chicken and usually peel fried skin off because it's flavorless but not here! Everything is delicious and I love their signature sauce and their sauce bar with so many choices! It's super clean and cute inside and I love how they have sacks of potatoes sitting where you can see them. There's plenty of room to eat inside but if you want to take it to go it's still just as delicious and fresh at home! I did get a grilled chicken sandwich and it was delicious however, I only received a splash of the aioli sauce and one slice of avocado which was extremely disappointing but the chicken was so damn good and juicy I couldn't even complain and the bacon was perfect and I'm not a bacon person. Give them a try! You'll love it!

Everything was smackin! The blackened chicken. The Cajun fries and the fried pickles. The only thing I wish they did was add a little more to their sandwiches. For the same money you can get a significantly bigger and better sandwich at ANY Korean chicken joint. Just add another piece or bigger portion and this place is five stars for me.

Parking: It’s kinda tucked away a bit but still in the main lot. Plenty of parking.

Experience was perfect. Cyan gave great service, was extremely helpful and kind as was Gabriel. Cyan was attentive and was walking around the restaurant, making sure everyone was taken care of, and giving us updates on our food. He seemed very happy to be working there, and I overheard some funny banter between him and what seemed like a manager about what needed to be done. Work was being communicated in a healthy, and positive way. Will come back.

Amazing staff that is super kind and helpful. Great sensor of humor too! I would come back just for the staff. But the food is AMAZING fresh cooked and seasoned well!
