We live in Tacoma and now that the store is open there my son eats there daily. No joke we have been going to the Federal Way location for close to a year since they opened and we just love Shauntel. She always remembers us and welcomes us with a smile. One worker we got comfortable with isn’t there anymore but she too always recognized us as repeat customers and that is such a wonderful feeling. I’m from Dallas and had not had Super Chix in forever but now we are eating...

Ahhh... Finally. Food that actually tastes like REAL food! I love that everything is made fresh and it actually tastes so fresh and juicy! Even if you need to reheat it it's still delicious. I'm not the biggest fan of fried chicken and usually peel fried skin off because it's flavorless but not here! Everything is delicious and I love their signature sauce and their sauce bar with so many choices! It's super clean and cute inside and I love how they have sacks...

Everything was smackin! The blackened chicken. The Cajun fries and the fried pickles. The only thing I wish they did was add a little more to their sandwiches. For the same money you can get a significantly bigger and better sandwich at ANY Korean chicken joint. Just add another piece or bigger portion and this place is five stars for me.

Parking: It’s kinda tucked away a bit but still in the main lot. Plenty of parking.
