I ordered catering for a birthday party and the food became a conversation starter. Tamu foods did an excellent job. Everything on my menu was so scrumptious. We especially loved the mini beef samosa and mahamri. Their chapati is also heavenly. Oh and the chicken wings! Highly recommend. Best Kenyan food in Washington.

There’s no way for me to express my gratitude enough, tamu and her team are amazing and responsive. Hire them for all your catering needs. They offer the best east african dishes in WA in my opinion. I miss Ugandan food and ordering from them reminds me of our local food.

Tamu inc., is clean, professional and hygienic crew.Top notch, Kenyan full menu:Plantain(matoke), roasted meat & chicken. Chapati, samosas(kids, beef and chicken), pilau, stew, ugali, kales, cabbages, mandazi and more...Pleasant and relatable crew! Lydiah gave us different foods to taste. We were well taken care of.Tamu has been in business since 1999, and has department of health and state license.We can't go wrong with Tamu!

This restaurant closes at anytime, sometimes they will take your order, and after 20 minutes. Decide to close and cancel existing orders.Food is amazing. Unfortunately service and schedule is a huge down side.
