I ate half of a Cubana torta and I didn’t like the way the meat tasted so I decided to take it out and found a cockroach in the torta that is just disgusting and not ok we didn’t even want to finish our meals because we don’t trust it anymore hopefully the health department goes checks that place this is just gross

The worst service I saw and received, those at the table next to me took the food from the other table because they failed in their attention, after waiting 45 minutes an eternity I got up to ring the bell at the counter and asked for my food already paid for and I didn't even remember which order I ordered.They should change the name from crazy cakes to pennnn...jas cakes.

Every time we order over the phone I ask for double meat since they bearly put meat in the tortas but this time even though we asked for double meat my torta didn't have itAlso we order half pound of lamb barbacoa which was mostly fat and skin instead of meat ... So frustrating!! Because we are paying for our food and we come hungry expecting to be satisfied with our orders but they just don't wanna give the right portions.Hey! If you don't wanna give the right portions don't sell food!!!Sorry but we are never coming back here

I don't understand how they can can call their business name tortas local if they don't even know know how to make the tortas I buy this morning a torta Cubana and a Hawaiian torta and they just put 2 slices of ham mayo and a slice of pineapple tell me if we can call it Hawaiian torta and also the Cubana torta they just put chorizo,tomates,lettuce,and chicken this is ridiculous I am really upset I paid almost $80 dollars for what I asked and they didn't make anything the right way this is my second time but the first time I thought they were wrong and I wanted to come back but they have lost several clients because of their bad serviceThis is not fair for everyone
