i had the WORST time here. i was looking at a milk carton to see if it had dairy. and then this big ladder with weels rammed right into me. i fell to the ground and i was in the hospital fopr 2 weeks. thanks a lot walmart.

The employees "were" friendly and helpful but sadly they were replaced with self-checkout. The cat food department is now at a better location inside the store. The selection of cotton and rayon tops for big ladies is sparse. Only 4 stars because the sewing department is gone now. Very disappointing.

I went to return an item to the store, along with two online orders. For the first return, I gave the receipt, and the customer service processed it. However, when I tried to return the second online order, the cashier told me I had to do it online. It was my first time doing an online return, so I asked for help, but she refused. I decided to approach another associate, and she showed me how to process the online return. When I returned to the customer service with the online return barcode, she only processed one item and insisted that I call a 1-800 number for the other item. I was confused because both items were the same, just different sizes, and I had purchased them in separate transactions. When I questioned this, she didn't provide a clear answer and moved on to the next customer. Frustrated, I approached a supervisor and explained the situation, showing him the barcode. While he tried to assist me, the she became upset and insisted that I should call the 1-800 number. Eventually, the supervisor was able to help me complete the return.

If you want groceries delivered your better off using a different store. They either deliver to the wrong house has happened to me twice, or they don't deliver at all. 3 times. The worst part is trying to get your money back. 5-10 business days. And they want you to return bags for a refund on them. If by some chance you do get your order it will be missing a few items and your bread or chips will be smashed usually both. Customer service is a total joke. Customers no longer matter to Walmarts everywhere . That's my opinion and experience...

I was looking to order a two-tier cake for my mother's (and her twin sister's) 80th birthday. I was, 1-surprised to learn that they actually could do it. 2-pleasantly surprised at the price (1/2 the price that most stand-alone bakeries were charging), and 3-EXTREMELY pleased with the final product. The cake was so moist, and the frosting wasn't overly sweet. I HIGHLY recommend Carolyn; she was professional and personally made sure everything went smoothly - she's an awesome individual.

Im so glad I waited a combined 40 minutes at the auto center and sporting section to not receive any damn help. I never thought I'd save time driving to a Walmart in another city where I was helped in less than 30 second after entering the door.

I feel Walmart has discriminated against me as a Senior, Caucasian, female. It's ok if I go in with my adult son and they can totally ignore me.
In Federal Way, Wa ON 3-8-2022: I drove about 45 minutes to get there. This place is a joke! I previously, ordered and paid for 6 cases of jars (to pick up), which they said they would hold for 4 days (it's in their writings). I get there and they have ONE left! ONE!!! I get there (finally), park in marked "Pick Up" parking; I call the number and it goes straight to Voicemail. I called Customer Service. She said she would try to find someone and put me on hold. THEN, she picks up a ringing phone, again.... I was still on hold, but it was me. Again, I was put on hold.2nd woman picks up the phone and is telling me that they don't HAVE the printer paper I'm looking for. 3x I told her that she had the wrong customer. She wasn't listening. She told me I had to go to Home Depot to get the paper. NO! NO! NO! NO! NO! WRONG CUSTOMER! Her response, "I can't help you." Mine: "No kidding."I hung up and left. I will NEVER, EVER GO THERE AGAIN! That's a first and a last time for me! WORTHLESS AND INCOMPETENT! I had prepaid everything, so, I got to drive that long distance home, with nothing for that drive, except aggravation and less gas. Plus, I got to cancel the order. Can ya say, "INCOMPETENT????!!!!"

I can't believe the white trash people who come in this place! It's not usually this bad but my god come the fu*k on y'all honky idiots. I guess if I want to impress my wife all I need to do is be a bad ass and not wear my mask. Y'all just look like clowns with your dick hangin off your face and your lucky you don't come near me or my family cause it will be on! I know that Walmart feels like they can't say anything so I will offer my service's to you, hire me on my days off and and I'll watch the front doors and randomly walk around the store and remind people to wear their masks and if the don't want to I will hand them some Condoms and beg for them to not reproduce any more idiot of their own anymore then they have.
