Food was good but I wish they asked me tobclarify which chicken I wanted for my sandwich. I was expecting grilled and got the classic. I added the fried onions and got rid of the tomato for the avacado BLT.

The person taking my order was very nice and made sure we got everything we ordered. We ate at the place and it was clean and no random people hanging out which is nice when you're trying to eat food

Not much to say about a Wendy's. Everyone knows their food. Drive through was rapid and the food was scorching hot, which was nice because it was still hot when I got home.

I go to this location once every other week or so for lunch. There is the same man working the drive thru window usually and he's very friendly and courteous. Its always a positive experience. I don't have the highest expectations when I get fast food, but I have never had an issue with the quality or having an item missing either. Thank you Federal Way Wendy's!

Food is good. Only problems is the customer service. The lady took my debit card and didn't give it back after paying, which caused me to miss my bus. Had to wait an hour for the next one... All because she forgot to give back my card.

Ordered a large fry and strawberry lemonade in the drive thru. I had requested fresh fries, and what i got was most certainly refried old fries. They also gave me minute maid instead of their lemonade. The lady in the drive thru was rude. Extremely disappointed.

First off i ask for a jr bacon cheeseburger and got a cheese burger instead and i asked for sweet and sourr sauce and got buttermilk ranch and honey mustard so fugde you wendys

I like Wendys because the meat is real and grilled to perfection, and when I ask for hot fries they don't seem to mind. If the Wendys you go to is any different you should speak up and tell the manager. A happy customer go's a long ways.
