I'm only basing my rating on the food. I went there at 7:30 a.m. on my way to work. Ordered a breakfast burrito, when I put my hand in the bag to get it I felt something gooey, I pulled it out and it was sorta thrown in the bag and not even wrapped all the way, I couldn't even eat it. I went to go in the store but doors were locked so we went to go through drive thru and 2 cars went in front of me so I couldn't go in. I decided just to pull it out of the bag and eat it with a fork at work. (Which is fine, I'm not a princess) but I feel if I pay for something it should be correct. I took a pic but this thing doesn't give me an option to post a pic.not only was it not wrapped in the foil correctly but it looked as though they grabbed a ripped tortilla and ripped it more as they rolled it.

Staff is rude, they were more conserned with door dash orders and drive through which i imagine are metered than the customers at the counter. I watched the server fill atleast 4 door dash orders and other staff filling multiple drive through cars before they even turned around to acknowledge my family and I, then he was short and i could tell he was pissed off i spoke up for us to be served next. The food was good atleast but the service here... ouch!

Drive thru staff were rude. The lobby never has anyone at the register. Second time going there they got my order wrong the drive thru staff repeated the order to me and when I went in to have my item replaced the person who looked like a manager said no immediately and walked off and the drive thru person came to the register repeated the correct order and gave me the receipt with the wrong order

Put in a mobile order to be picked up inside at 9:45PM and got there at 9:50PM. Store and App itself said that the Lobby is open until 10pm. Workers saw me try to open the door that was locked and I was expected to go through the Drive Through line that was about 15 cars deep. Promptly cancelled my order. What a waste of time.
