Horrible horrible customer service. Drive thru service is extremely rude and not understanding or polite towards deaf people who pull up to window to order won’t ever go there again.

Came through the drive thru last night ordered two Double stack Biggie bags no ketchup cuz my two children are highly allergic and they came with extra ketchup on then so we called and told them about there mistake and was told that our meals would be replaced at no charge. Well I'm here to get our order replaced from last night and being told that they will not replace my order I don't know who my wife talked to this is bullcrap. I think it's going to come down to a lawsuit now...

This one this is one of the worst Wendy'sin my areaThe food excels as they all doBut this particular one of these is always understaffed, always dirty, and has a criminal atmosphere to it that doesn't make me feel safe ?Gone in there three times and walked out three timesI will never go in there againI will gladly go to Denny's for a better experience and a better burger paying the extra $10. I was there today the person in the Drive thru washed his hands in the ice and then through back in the ice. Sick! I asked to speak to the manager, he didn't understand me, I just wanted them to get rid of the ice so customers wouldn't get that dirty ice . I didn't leave until I got results, the police came, I called the health department and I got a recording saying they were in a staff meeting for 40 minutes then the phone was just hanging up on me! ? I think no one's is caring about public safety!

my husband went to pick up our order under my name with proof of purchase with my name and email proof as well, the staff were arguing with my husband that it was not his order and they did not have the order when it was right there with my name on it and the order , the manager Hilda came out harrasing my husband ! and yelling at him that he needs to pay for it again and was trying to snatch the food away from him and was recording him! this is the worst service I will be reporting to HR!

This location just had us park They claimed the french fries, weren’t ready well they serviced six cars behind us. They didn’t tell the guy who he's delivering the food to us so he walked around the store with my $50 order for 10 minutes so all of my food is cold!!!! The Store refused to take my Call. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else. When I finally got the guy to give us our food, Showing proof of purchase he threw it at my son!!! It was clearly obvious that my son had three beverages in his lap that goes to three orders this guy had in his hand, but he couldn’t put that together…. He was sure we were there to steal some food.

If there was a negative 5 stars I'd use it today. I don't like giving bad reviews. This one deserves it today! First they didn't give me my $3 key chain. No biggie...had to go back to get it. No problem...so I thought. The runt at the window didn't try to be helpful. The GM general manager next to him was being just as snotty. The guy at the window did that disrespectful thing with his lips...Tch...and tried to walk away. I said hey, do that again...he did! Tch....and slammed the window shut. Why?? For a $3 dollar key tag he forgot to put in my bag? So I asked for a manager. It was the same guy standing next to him. I said who am I able to talk to, because I knew with the GM's same attitude, he wasn't going to talk to or teach the other guy about being so disrespectful. I'm so tired of awful awful AWFUL attitudes and foul customer service in Federal Way. Seattle is not much better. I will never go to this particular Wendy's again. They are individually owned. Let's make them accountable. Wendy's next to Freddies near 260th works so hard at good service. Pay attention please.
