Wetzel's Pretzels

The lady that works at this place is awful!! She's either on her phone when you want to order or she can't be found. She is sitting with friends talking and making customers wait. She never has anything cooked but pretzel bites only. Bad atmosphere and bad service. I won't be back and my friends won't be back. Get someone else to run this place!!!!!!

Hello, so first off the lady at the counter (her name is Mira/Meera) had a kid there. But before helping the customer before me. She was extremely rude to her staff(2 guys who looked like teenagers) she was yelling at her staff about some mishap. Then she aggressively asked the customer in front of me to order. After he placed his order she then pointed at me and my daughter and said what do you want? I was annoyed at this point. Due to her rudeness and unkind behavior towards everyone she approached. I went to place my order and then she customer which ordered before said his pretzels were cold and politely asked if he could have the warmed up. She looked at him and said they are fresh. I then spoke and said if these pretzels are old could I please order a fresh one. She got irritated and said we sell out so fast they are fresh. I just put them there. I said well the customer is saying they are old tasting. So I would like a new one. Please. Mira then got very angry. I then said in a very professional way you should learn to treat people a little kinder, I watched you yell at your employees and watched you yell at the customer before me. It’s not very nice.
I then said well if you are gonna be this rude, I will not order. She then said is this your job? I think this is your job. She was Being aggressive and rude. I then said no ma’am I came here to order a pretzel for my kid! She got very upset.
I honestly think that Mira needs a lesson in customer service. You will honestly loose a lot of business with her being around. I’m
Sorry she hates her job. But damn she is so unprofessional and rude for being in the business of handling CUSTOMERS. I could understand if the customer before me or myself was being unruly. But we weren’t! Neither were those boys who worked there!

The Kiwi Strawberry slushy was clearly not slushy, and the person still tried to sell it to us saying that it was supposed be that way and the others were too frozen. We asked for a fresh pretzel, and were told all were fresh... and yet told us not to choose that pretzel in the window, and get the bites instead. And then didn't serve us all what we ordered until we complained we were missing a bag.

Wetzel’s Pretzels at Bellevue Square is always a great stop for me and my family! The place is consistently clean, making it a comfortable spot to grab a quick snack. The pretzels are always well-cooked—warm, fresh, and just perfect for us to enjoy.

A big shoutout to Ruhul, who is always incredibly helpful and welcoming. His friendly service makes our visits even better. It’s clear that this location values both quality and customer experience.

the cheesy dog bitz was perfect.

The original pretzel was fresh and pretty good and I love it sm.

Stopped by today got some pizza pretzels so good 100 out of 100

I ordered one pretzel, hot dog bites and pizza bites and it was $28! Unbelievably expensive for that crap food. The pretzel was luke warm and rock hard and the pizza bites were stale. What a waste of money.

My son ordered a pretzel and when he tried handing the money, the worker told us he didn’t want to take the cash. We were given no good reason beyond the worker just not wanting to. I tried to get a proper answer or solution but he just scoffed at us and incoherently mumbled under the sound of his loud chewing. The whole interaction was extremely rude and appalling so we ended up just walking away.

Kid-friendliness: For a pretzel shop to make a child feel bad is just unacceptable and abhorrent service.

After taking my family to the movies we went to go get a fresh pretzel and why we sat and waited for our order. My wife recognized one of the young women blowing her nose, then wiping her nose with her hand and not even think about washing her hands after the fact, but picking up the utensils to serve food without gloves on, so we asked for a refund immediately after seeing that. And after bringing it up to the young girl, she truly didn’t understand that is a violation of the food handler policies.

Ordered a mango boba and it looks nothing like their advertised photo. It looks like it's supposed to have syrup but she didn't seem to care.

I bought a pretzel. I asked for a Diet Pepsi. He asked if I wanted ice. He seemed a little puzzled. He asked if I wanted ice. I said yes, lots of ice please. He said let me see if we have any. He got the ice from the back. When he handed me my drink. There were three pea sizes of ice. Unbelievable. I told him to keep the drink and to give me a refund. He said they didn’t give refunds. I left everything there. Yeah
