There are a few reasons why I give this place a 3 star, there was no flavor to the chicken wings. Did order a few flavors but all the wings tasted the same, none were seasoned. The wings were cooked well and had a good crisp though. The fountain drinks were all flat. They over charge on vegetables. You barely get a whole carrot and celery in the basket. I didn’t know that they sugared their fries. It’s not my personal fav. The fries were decent. Just not a fan of sweetened fries.

The ratings from other reviews explains a lot 😂Customer service is ridiculous here. A girl name yetzely was extremely rude, they got our order wrong and once we told them about it she gave an attitude about it. She continued to roll her eyes and talking back about how she didnt want to remake the item they got wrong. We filled out a survey for free fries and she denied giving it to us until our next visit, when every other time we get it in that same order. We called the manager over and even he saw and acknowledged her attitude was unacceptable. Overall the service was horrible, why work in customer service when you can't deal with customers?

My last two orders I’ve noticed my chicken is over cooked not sure what’s changed the recipe but it’s not the same my friend that always buys from here said the same thing. Had to pick my chicken apart to eat not fun at all.

Ty jamico for your assistance I really appreciate you very much God bless you I didn't like they don't accommodate for cash so my boy was very helpful or I would have had to drive to 38th st location in Tacoma where they do accommodate me always with cash although they are a cashless establishment. The manager Anthony is very rude however when he/she is working I do not like to purchase anything at this location it's always a problem when they are working they need to hire new management.

I ordered through Uber eats to get me some lunch for my graveyard shift I open this food it was tasteless I ordered Louisiana rub and hot honey absolutely nothing just plain hard chicken I will never order from here again and I will recommend anybody I know not to hopefully I can show a picture cuz you could see clearly that there's no seasoning
Please don’t order here at this location to be exact there BARLEY sauce up my tenders then had the NERVES to say sauce on the side like my food wasn’t gonna get cold by the time I was able to get it cause it at work I asked if I can just get it re made they said no my bank just gave me my money back cause it’s that deep you didnt do your job correctly and made sure that my tenders was fully sauce there was more breaded chicken strip than sauce I didn’t want it on the side or I would have order it that way plus I use to work there it not a issue to make the food over ESPECIALLY when I gave u the food untouched

I’ve given this place a few tries, tonight I placed an order online and went to pick up, it was pretty packed inside, the workers kept ignoring me for almost 10 minutes as I was patiently waiting, more kept coming in and getting their orders but I was skipped over multiple times not sure why, the food here is cooked well I’ll give them that! But also pls get different lids for your cups! Everytime I come here they are so loose they fall off and my drink spills :( the Kent station location is much better!

Waited while everyone got called out after placing an online order watching the server eventually wondering why the wait is ask about my food and he grabs it off the shelf and apologizes leaving a review because it's about time people got held accountable for the terrible service they provide under the company name time is 729 tall Hispanic male. Do better My guy do better
