My hang up with this place is the inconsistency in the way they make drinks. I order the same thing every time and every time it’s different. It’s either the best coffee or really gross and burnt. I hardly ever go anymore because I don’t like wasting money on a 50/50 chance that my drink is going to be burnt coffee. I just went today after not going for several months and my drink is disgusting. They take so long to make just one drink (even with no line)that I don’t have the time to go back and have it remade.

I ordered a bagel w gourmet cream cheese and a 16 oz drip coffee with cream. Tipped over $2. Got down the road and realized that I got plain cream cheese (even though I paid extra for gourmet) and my coffee was lukewarm (took a couple drinks and dumped it out). I hate it when I tip well for nothing. Won’t be back. McDonald’s has better (and hot) coffee.

I have been going to this Crusin' for over a decade, they have never let me down! Great tasting coffee like always, and even with the change in staff over the years, they always employ friendly, kind, baristas. 10/10 always a great start to my workday
Kid-friendliness: I bring my daughters through here for hot coco's and Italian sodas. They love these little treats. The baristas do up the drinks with whipped cream and colorful sprinkles, topping it off with a dum-dum sucker. Kid friendly and a fun experience for the kiddos

Was craving a mocha milkshake on my way to babysit the grands, so I stopped.. I ordered the smallest one I could get.. I guess it's been a while since I've gotten one.. I LOVED the milkshake, but over $7!! WOW!!

Have been loyal customers to Cruisin for many years. We were South for winter & returned to Cruisin, won’t be going back. Got our usual mochas and a pup cup (small dig) and was charged $2.50 for a pup cup— wow!
Always quick service at Crusin Coffee, they come out with a smile and take your order while your still in line at the drive through. Actually the other day my order even came out before the person in front of me! Consistency, it's probably the most important part of running a business in the coffee retail space. Crusin Coffee has it nailed, no matter which location I go to the drinks taste the same, the delicious soups taste the same, and the sandwiches are identical (also very tasty and made with high quality local ingredients). To further that, the employees are consistently positive, well trained and seem to truly enjoy their job. If you're new to the area or just passing through give them a try, this is where the locals go ?

This is my 2nd favorite place i go to...Coffee tastes good. I get a 1) sugar free white chocolate americano w/cream or 2) mocha shake. I hate how you can't use a free drink from your Cruisin rewards on a 24 oz! Oh but they will sure take your money when you buy a 24 oz! (Eye roll) ?
