This is my 2nd favorite place i go to...Coffee tastes good. I get a 1) sugar free white chocolate americano w/cream or 2) mocha shake. I hate how you can't use a free drink from your Cruisin rewards on a 24 oz! Oh but they will sure take your money when you buy a 24 oz! (Eye roll) ?

If you are going to charge$6-7 a coffee you should probably write down people’s orders so they are not messed up, especially taking several orders from cars in line…It used to be my favorite place to get coffee

Second time I've been there, where when paying with a card, a 30% tip was added by the woman taking the payment. When she handed the card reader to me I noticed. She said a button must have been hit on accident. Twice with the same woman is pretty suspicious.
Everytime i come to this location and I ask for a Italian cream soda but to add redbull instead and ask loud enough they don't listen. Every single time too and I hardly ever come to this location.

Like others have mentioned, too many mistakes when taking orders and not writing things down. It's really unfortunate because the food and drinks are good, when they're right. At this point, we'll go elsewhere.

$30. For 2 coffees and 2 breakfast sandwiches. $30. They said their prices went up...I guess so. This is a regular order for us and in November it was $24.... Which is also expensive. We can go to cedar's restaurant for a full breakfast and bottomless coffee for that. We've noticed the customer service quality has declined over the past couple years. In the past we didn't mind paying a little extra because the quality and baristas made it awesome. Now, most can't be bothered to write the orders down then mess them up. I'm all for remembering orders.... But only if you remember them. A bagel sandwich on an under/not toasted bagel isn't very good. Iced mocha that isn't stirred is just a luke warm coffee. Cups filled so full that coffee leaks out the top, and stains work clothes. Gawd forbid you ask them to fix it, then you get attitude. Very much a "not my problem" atmosphere. Whelp, it's not their problem anymore. We're gonna give Mug Shots a try.
