Drink was sopposed to be a milk shake more like a yogurt shake super runny. I asked for it to be extra thick. Called said they would replace it. Came in next day to get my replacement and the lady first off looked at me like I was lieing and she was just really rude about the whole situation I won’t be coming back I’ll be the extra coupe bucks and go back to mug shots. Sad part is they normally do an amazing job. More then likely the person I got that day just didn’t know how to make a good milkshake

I used to love this coffee stand for its great vibe and excellent customer service, but sadly, things have changed. Over the past few visits, the service has gone downhill, and the once-friendly atmosphere has lost its charm. The last two drinks I got were so burnt that I couldn't even finish them, which is really disappointing considering how much I used to enjoy their coffee. I hope they can get back to the quality they once had, but for now, it's just not the same.
Ferndale location: Bad place to work. Too much drama, lies and placing blame on the Best workers they have ever had. I will not go to a business who does not value hard working people. Be careful who you trust. My favorite Baristas were fired based on lies and no investigation. There are always two sides to a story and they have been targeted because they are well loved by all their customers. Business as a whole needs to be investigated. My two cents.

I went looking for lavender lattes for friends, and they delivered. I also got a very tasty coconut, white chocolate latte that I was craving. Don't worry, a trusty regular one will also hit the spot from this location. The customer service really made my morning too! ?

Nice to get a Cappuccino and a little bite to eat. Simple breakfast sandwich, I asked for no meet but instead a bit of tomato and onion. Was a bit dry for my throat but ate it all up. Cap was fine. Appreciated the stop. Drive through.
