Sticker shock. Haven't been to Jack for a few years. Oh boy! 2 meals with sodas. $36 Everything has gone up. Just a shock to my 80 yr old brain! My BIG hamburgers were One dollar! This not as much a critique as an observation. All else was fine.

Ordered DoorDash through them, they gave extra cold fries instead of curly fries, Mozzerla sticks were cold and they gave 1 piece of bacon after I paid extra for more, cheap.

Grilled chicken sandwich was inedible. The thing was hard. A Hockey puck would probably have tasted better. Inside has not been cleaned in along time. Had to pry my self off the extremely sticky floor

I loved the new gremlin midnight munchies limited time meal it's so amazing and it's such a great price since the prices have gone so much worse and more expensive order the years it's my first time trying jack in the box too! so THANK YOU JACK FOR AN WONDERFUL MEAL!!!🥰

Ordered 3 meals only 1 was prepared correctly or eatable. Ordered a burger with no sauce came globbed with mayo. Ordered a chicken sandwich and the chicken it’s self still cold in the middle.
Thankfully the kiddos meal was warm and he had no complaints. 😏

The app does not work at this location. The place smells like a bathroom with sticky floor. Employees were not very helpful
Smash burger was good for a fast food joint, but on the more expensive side for a simple burger.

The food is always cooked well, but the chicken burgers are always very dry or they forget to put some things on it. Hamburgers, fries and drinks are always made right. Don’t know what’s going on but it’s always the night cook(s). We still go here because it’s close by and we don’t want to drive to Bellingham to get food. Hope this improves soon.

Slow mixed up the order bathrooms where nasty 🤢 puke all over the walls and floor would never go back I'm guessing they never clean and it was empty and alot of workers standing around I see why there closing 200 locations If this is how they run them
