The food is always cooked well, but the chicken burgers are always very dry or they forget to put some things on it. Hamburgers, fries and drinks are always made right. Don’t know what’s going on but it’s always the night cook(s). We still go here because it’s close by and we don’t want to drive to Bellingham to get food. Hope this improves soon.

Slow mixed up the order bathrooms where nasty 🤢 puke all over the walls and floor would never go back I'm guessing they never clean and it was empty and alot of workers standing around I see why there closing 200 locations If this is how they run them

Morning staff here are way more dilligent than the ones in the Bellingham locations. I have never been told part of my order was out of stock and rarely had the burgers come out sloppy even when it was from a new hire in training.

I was charged for the extra onions I requested, but my sandwich was sent without it. Our sandwiches come room temperature and the bread is less than food bank quality. Too expensive for what you get.

There’s been 3 times now that we’ve had our food overcooked and cold fries. We’ve been to this location maybe 4 times total. Check your food before driving off. Better to go to the Jack in the box on bakerview.

The food is fine, but the service is subpar. Every time it's either something missing or something wrong. Last time we ordered a breakfast platter and only got french toast sticks. We will not be returning to this location.

I've been here twice in the past few months for a last minute dinner. Both times the staff has no clue what is going on. I've had to question my order and wait for the staff to gather the correct things resulting in cold food. I've learned my lesson and won't be going back.

I ordered my burger to go with no cheese. She did a great job of selling me on trying the new Smashburger which I was not going to have but she said they would make it without cheese get in my car drive away on the freeway my husband and me my burger it's loaded with cheese so I guess I just wasted my money.
