Ordered online it was wrong Devon Smith the supervisor on duty was incredibly rude. Said he couldn't find our order then did and said it was right. Kept interrupting me amd insulting and calling me name's for being autistic when I was trying to explain,then said he found the right order but the only way to get the right order was to drive to the store to pick up witch defies the purpose of delivery. When we did drive to pickup the correct order he actually laughed in my face when I said i called his boss and told me he'll still be there tomorrow. I had to call two other stores to get the managers contact because Devon refused to give it to me. I have never had such rude service.
I talked to the manager of the whatcom county locations Mike Juman who said that what Devon did was wrong and he would have the owner of the store call me.
Hopefully they didn't spit our food.
I'll update if the owner ever contacts me, but im not holding my breath.
We will never order from this place again and will warn everyone we know.
I work at a local store close to this one so I'll tell all my customers not to go here.
Please check the reviews apparently this place as been a problem for a minute. We should have done our research and ordered coconut Kenny's or domino's instead if we wanted pizza with good service and not a side of blatant disrespect and discrimination.

As much as yall make for a minimum wage job, you still proving minimum expectations. Dough not even cooked through, and wrong crust for the order. For these CONSISTANT results from this location, they should barely be making the federal minimum wage!

5 times I’ve came to grab a pizza for lunch,and 5 they never have any made. They were not busy lot of people walking out just like me. Westside pizza gets my business, little Caesar is a waste of time.

Wildly inconsistent quality and the workers there seem to hate their lives more than I do, which is concerning. I'll let a lot slide and give people the benefit of the doubt, but raw dough is where I draw the line.
Got pizza & cheese bread here a few months back, got food poisoning. I thought it was the cheese bread that got me sick so I didn’t go back…recently I got pizza again to give them the benefit of the doubt in hopes they improved, but got food poisoning AGAIN. I don’t think their food is safe to eat tbh. Definitely will not be coming back to this place since this happened the 2nd time

Apperently this place doesn’t know what’s safe to eat. Ordered a pizza to be well done and it came completely uncooked and cold in the middle. Not even relatively safe to eat

Shoulder length hair, no hairnet, not pulled back. Two different workers preparing food, no gloves. It’s cold and flu season, noro virus is in Whatcom county and hair in your food is a real turn off.

I swear every time I come in here they never have my order ready and my pizza is always under cooked. This will be my last time ordering from here. This time when I went to pick up order was told 15 mins and ended up having to wait 30 mins then when my order was finally ready the employee just rudely tossed the pizza on the counter and didn’t say a word to me.
