This location pretty much just sucks and blows, every time I order food its either incorrect, not labeled or given to (you) with attitude. If you don’t like working there then quit. next time that manger has a snotty attitude I’ll tear her a new one and screw over her drive thru times. Literally grow up, your 20 to 30 something WORKING AT MCDONALDS.

The kids got to play on the indoor play area and had a great time. They brought out food out quickly. Food quality is McDonald's, it's the same everywhere, not great but not bad.

Hot coffee spilled on me! When the young lady at the window handed me a coffee, the lid was loose and before I could even grab it the coffee spilled down my arm and into my van, all over my pants and leather seat, window controls etc. When she handed it to me a second time, again the lid was loose on the back side, so I alerted her and fixed it. We ordered 2 of the 6-piece nuggets, but they weren’t in the bag. When I brought it to her attention she had to call the shift manager, who treated me as though I was a nuisance. When they gave us the nuggets they were barely warm. My McChicken deluxe was all over inside the container. Apparently it is considered enough to just get it all in there as though customers are expected to put it together properly before eating. Fries were little tidbits. There would be no McDonald’s if this was how they all treated their customers. We will not be back to this restaurant.

Throughout the last couple years for some reason this is the only McDonald's in Whatcom County that always finds a way to mess up my order by not giving me all the food I ordered. This is almost always through the drive-thru and so many times I have had to come back so they can make my order just how I ordered and/or give me the food that they missed on the order. Only factor that supports a whole 2 stars is the good quality of the food. I don't really like to eat inside there because it kind of smells and is messy at times.
